临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期EffectoflivecombinedBifidobacterium,LactobacillusandEnterococcuspowdercombinedwithzincgluconateinthetreatmentofrotavirusenteritisinchildrenanditsinfluencesoninflammation,immunityandmyocardialinjurymarkersinchildrenWANGYanling1,LIFang2*,WANGCuicui3(1.theHospitalofLuochuanCounty,Yan'an727400;2.thePeople'sHospitalofAnsaiDistrict,Yan'an717400;3.GeneralHospitalofYan'anMedicalGroup,Yan'an716000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectoflivecombinedBifidobacterium,LactobacillusandEnterococcuspowdercombinedwithzincgluconateinthetreatmentofrotavirusenteritisinchildrenanditsinfluencesoninflammation,immunityandmyocardialinjurymarkersinchildren.MethodsAtotalof88childrenwithrotavirusenteritisadmittedinourhospitalfromJune2018toOctober2020wereselectedastheresearchobjectsanddividedintocombinedtreatmentgroup(44cases,livecombinedBifidobacterium,LactobacillusandEnterococcuspowdercombinedwithzincgluconate)andcontrolgroup(44cases,zincgluconate)byrandomnumbertablemethod.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAftertreatment,thelevelsofinterleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α)inbothgroupsdecreased,andthoseinthecombinedtreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofimmunoglobulinA(IgA),immunoglobulinG(IgG)inbothgroupsincreased,andthoseinthecombinedtreatmentgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofcreatinekinase(CK),lactatedehydrogenase(LDH)inbothgroupsdecreased,andthoseinthecombinedtreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,clusterofdifferentiation4positive(CD4+)inbothgroupsincreased,clusterofdifferentiation8positive(CD8+)inbothgroupsdecreased,andthoseinthecombinedtreatmentgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theantipyretictime,diarrheastoptimeandvomitingstoptimeinthecombinedtreatmentgroupweresignificantlyshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thetotaleffectiver...
