第1期·论著·探讨甲状腺功能亢进症患者糖耐量的改变及其发病机制梁春燕（河南省濮阳市范县人民医院河南濮阳457500）作者简介：梁春燕，女，主治医师，研究方向：肺癌、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌。摘要：目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症患者糖耐量的改变及其发病机制。方法随机选取范县人民医院甲状腺功能亢进症患者59例，依据口服葡萄糖耐量实验结果分为研究1组29例和研究2组30例，另随机选取同期本院健康体检人员30例作为对照组，统计分析三组人员的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、空腹胰岛素、餐后2h胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指标、胰岛细胞分泌功能指标、胰岛素敏感性指标。结果研究2组患者的空腹血糖显著高于研究1组、对照组（P<0.05）；研究1组、研究2组患者的餐后2h血糖均显著高于对照组（P<0.05），研究2组患者的餐后2h血糖显著高于研究1组（P<0.05）。研究1组、研究2组患者的胰岛素抵抗指标均显著高于对照组（P<0.05），研究2组患者的胰岛素抵抗指标显著高于研究1组（P<0.05）；研究2组患者的胰岛细胞分泌功能指标显著低于研究1组、对照组（P<0.05）；研究1组、研究2组患者的胰岛素敏感性指数均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论S甲状腺功能亢进症患者糖耐量的改变，有高血糖、高胰岛素血症发生，发病机制主要为甲状腺激素过多分泌引发外周组织胰岛素抵抗、胰岛B细胞分泌功能下降。关键词：甲状腺功能亢进症；糖耐量；发病机制中图分类号：R44文献标识码：A文章编号：1001—5183（2023）01—25—03InvestigationaboutchangesofglucosetoleranceinpatientswithhyperthyroidismanditspathogenesisLIANGChun-yan（People'sHospitalofFanCounty,PuyangCity,Puyang,Henan,457500,China）Abstract：ObjectiveToexplorethechangesofglucosetoleranceanditspathogenesisinpatientswithhyperthyroidism.Methods59patientswithhyperthyroidisminourhospitalwererandomlyselectedanddividedintostudygroupⅠ（29cases）andstudygroupⅡ（30cases）accordingtotheresultsoforalglucosetolerancetest.Inaddition,30healthypeopleinourhospitalwererandomlyselectedasthecontrolgroup.Thefastingbloodglucose,postprandialbloodglucose,fastinginsulin,postprandialinsulin,insulinresistanceindex,isletcellsecretionfunctionindexandinsulinsensitivityindexofthethreegroupswerestatisticallyanalyzed.ResultsThefastingbloodglucoseinstudygroupⅡwassignificantlyhigherthanthatin...
