Comparisonofsoilnematodecommunitycharacteristicsbetweencoastalwetlandandlong-termreclaimedfarmlandinTianjinFENGMiao1,2,SHIYan1,2,GUOChangcheng1,GAOJian1,WANGYidong1,2(1.TianjinKeyLaboratoryofWaterResourcesandWaterEnvironment,TianjinNormalUniversity,Tianjin300387,China;2.SchoolofGeographyandEnvironmentScience,TianjinNormalUniversity,Tianjin300387,China)Abstract:Inordertodeeplyexplorethechangesofnematodecommunitycharacteristicsbeforeandafterreclamationincoastalwetlands,TianjinBeidagangwetland,Qilihaiwetlandandtheirreclaimedfarmlandwerechosenastheresearchobjects.Thesoilsamplewascollectedfrom0-15cmlayer,andthenematodesisolatedfromthesoilweredividedintodifferentnutrienttypesandlifehistoryatthegeneralevel.Theabundanceandproportionofnematodesindifferentgroupswereanalyzed,andthedi-versityindexandfunctionalindexofsoilnematodeswerecalculated.Theresultsshowedthatatotalof8630soilnematodeswerecapturedinthestudyarea,belongingto32genera,andthedominantgeneraswereAcrobeloides,Aphelenchus,HelicotylenchusandDolichodoridae,accountingfor49%ofthetotalnematodescaptured.Afterlong-termreclamationofthewetlandsinthestudyarea,soilnematodeabundanceincreasedfrom342piecesper100gdrysoilto737pieces,whichincreasedby38%inBeidagangareaand194%inQilihaiarearespectively.Thenumberofgeneraalsochanged,whichwasmainlycausedbythein-creaseofbacteriafeedingnematode,fungusfeedingnematode,c-p1groupandc-p2group.Afterlong-termreclamationofthewetlands,thechangeintheBeidagangareawasnotsignificant,andtheShannondiversityindexandrichnessindexinQilihaiareasignificantlyincreasedby48.95%and51.58%respectively.Onlytheenrichmentindexoffunctionalindexsignificantlyin-creasedby103%inQilihaiarea.TherewasastrongcorrelationbetweensoilpHvalueandnematodeecologicalindexaswellasnematodecomposition.Inconclusion,afterthereclamationofcoastalwetlandsforfarmland,soilnematodecommunityspecies天津滨海湿地与其长期开垦农田间土壤线虫群落特征的比较冯苗1,2,史妍1,2,郭长城1,高健1,王义东1,2(1.天津师范大学天...
