临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期EffectofbacteriallysatecapsuleinthetreatmentofrecurrentrespiratoryinfectionsofpediatricdepartmentZHANGJing1,LIShiyan1*,LUXu2(1.HanbinDistrictThirdPeople'sHospital,Ankang725018;2.AnkangCentralHospital,Ankang725000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectofbacteriallysatecapsuleinthetreatmentofrecurrentrespiratoryinfectionsofpediatricdepartment.MethodsAtotalof86childrenwithrecurrentrespiratoryinfectionsreceivedinourhospitalwereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroup(43cases,routinetreatment)andobservationgroup(43cases,bacteriallysatecapsuletreatmentonthebasisofroutinetreatment)accordingtodifferenttreatmentregimens.Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsOntheendofthecourseoftreatment,thescoresoffever,cough,pulmonaryrales,lungimageinthetwogroupsdecreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thedurationofcough,fever,pulmonaryrales,antibioticuseandhospitalizationintheobservationgroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Ontheendofthecourseoftreatment,thelevelsofhighsensitivityC-reactiveprotein(hs-CRP),transforminggrowthfactor-β1(TGF-β1)andinterleukin-6(IL-6)inthetwogroupsdecreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Ontheendofthecourseoftreatment,thelevelsofimmunoglobulinA(IgA)andimmunoglobulinG(IgG)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Followedupto6monthsaftertreatment,thenumberofinfectionsintheobservationgroupwerelessthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andtheinfectiontimewasshorterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionBacteriallysatecapsulehasasignificanteffectinthetreatmentofrecurrentrespiratoryinfectionsofpediatricdepartment,whichcaneffectivelyalleviatethesymptomsofchildren,reducethelevelsofinflammatoryfactors,improvethelevelsofimmunoglobulin.KEYWORDS:recurrentrespiratoryinfections;pediatricdepartment;bacteriallysatescapsule细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗儿科呼吸系统反复感染的效果张静1，李世燕1*，卢旭2（1.安康市汉滨区第三人民医院，陕西...
