������������学术论文Academicpapers粘接工程技术优化沿海强风环境下钢结构超高层建筑风侵评估与施工技术研究张斌(中交建筑集团有限公司,北京100007)摘要:沿海建造的超高层建筑经常遭受台风侵袭,需要评估研究沿海强风环境下钢结构超高层建筑风侵情况,便于未来建设改进。考虑到所研究工程所处环境特殊,使用Fluent软件构建模拟分析模型,并在该模型中添加强风荷载,获得超高层建筑极限应力与极限变形规律,并计算建筑各角的风侵位移。玻璃幕墙是超高层建筑的重要组成部分,使用CFD数值模拟该部分的易损性。结果表明,顺风条件下,建筑背风面位移更小;横风条件下则迎风面位移更小。计算后确定该建筑各个面主要承受负风压,强风荷载下,玻璃幕墙的挠度先失效,横梁位置与焊缝位置都易发生损坏,需要从这些方面加强超高层建筑钢结构的性能。关键词:沿海强风环境;钢结构;超高层建筑;风侵评估;Fluent软件;CFD数值模拟中图分类号:TU393.2文献标志码:A文章编号:1001-5922(2023)03-0172-06Studyonconstructiontechnologyandwindinvasionassessmentofsteelsuperhigh-risebuildingsincoastalstrongwindenvironmentZHANGBin(CCCCConstructionGroupCo.,Ltd.,Beijing100007,China)Abstract:Coastalsuperhigh-risebuildingsareoftenattackedbytyphoons,soitisnecessarytoevaluateandstudythewindinvasionofsteelstructuresuperhigh-risebuildingsincoastalstrongwindenvironment,soastofacilitatefutureconstructionandimprovement.Consideringthespecialenvironmentoftheprojectunderstudy,Fluentsoft⁃warewasusedtobuildasimulationanalysismodel,andstrongwindloadwasaddedtothemodeltoobtaintheulti⁃matestressandultimatedeformationlawofsuperhigh-risebuilding,andthewindinvasiondisplacementofeachcornerofthebuildingwascalculated.Glasscurtainwallisanimportantpartofsuperhigh-risebuilding,andthefra⁃gilityofthispartissimulatedbyCFD.Theresultsshowthatthedisplacementoftheleewardsideofthebuildingissmallerunderdownwindcondition,andthedisplacementofthewindwardsideissmallerundercross-windcondi⁃tion.Aftercalculation,itisdeterminedthatallsidesofthebuildingmainlybearnegativewindpressure.Underthestrongwindload,thedeflectionoftheglasscurtainwallfirstfails,andthepositionoft...
