临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第7期Theexpressionofserumthyroidhormoneandhs-CRPinpatientswithtreatment-resistantdepressionandtheircorrelationwiththeseverityofthediseaseYANGQinghua,GENGDongfang(LaboratoryDepartment,AnyangDistrictHospital,Anyang455000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzetheexpressionofserumthyroidhormoneandhypersensitiveC-reactiveprotein(hs-CRP)inpatientswithtreatment-resistantdepression(TRD)andtheircorrelationwiththeseverityofthedisease.MethodsAtotalof120patientswithdepressionadmittedinourhospitalfromFebruary2019toDecember2020wereselectedanddividedintoTRDgroup(60cases,TRD)andnon-treatment-resistantdepression(NTRD)group(60cases,NTRD)accordingtothetypeofdisease;atthesametime,60healthypeoplewithnormalphysicalexaminationwereincludedashealthycontrolgroup.Thelevelsofserumthyroidhormones[freetriiodothyronine(FT3),freetetraiodothyronine(FT4),thyroidstimulatinghormone(TSH)]andhs-CRPofobjectsweredetected.Thelevelsofthyroidhormonesandhs-CRPinthethreegroupswerecompared;thelevelsofthyroidhormonesandhs-CRPinpatientswithdifferentseverityoftheTRDgroupwerecompared;thecorrelationbetweenthelevelsofthyroidhormones,hs-CRPandtheseverityofdepressionintheTRDgroupwereanalyzed.ResultsThelevelsofFT3,FT4,TSHandhs-CRPintheTRDgroup,theNTRDgroupandthehealthycontrolgroupweresignificantlydifferent(P<0.05);thelevelsofFT3,FT4andTSHintheTRDgroupandtheNTRDgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthehealthycontrolgroup,thelevelofhs-CRPwashigherthanthatinthehealthycontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);thelevelsofFT3andFT4intheTRDgroupwerelowerthanthoseintheNTRDgroup,thelevelofhs-CRPwashigherthanthatintheNTRDgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ThelevelsofFT3,FT4andhs-CRPinpatientswithdifferentseverityoftheTRDgroupweresignificantlydifferent(P<0.05);therewasnosignificantdifferenceinTSHlevelbetweenpatientswithdifferentseverityintheTRDgroup(P>0.05);thelevelsofFT3andFT4intheseveredepressiongroupandthemoderatedepressiongroupwerelowerthanthoseinthemilddepress...
