临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Effectsofinformation-motivation-behavioralskillsmodelcombinedwithOremself-caretheoryonself-careability,neurologicalfunctionandcopingstyleofpatientsaftercerebralhemorrhagesurgeryMARuixia,LIUMeng*,HANQingqing(theFirstHospitalofYulin,Yulin718000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofinformation-motivation-behavioralskillsmodelcombinedwithOremself-caretheoryinpatientsaftercerebralhemorrhagesurgery.MethodsFromMay2020toMay2021,80patientswithcerebralhemorrhagesurgeryinourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroup(40cases,receivedroutinenursingintervention)andobservationgroup(40cases,implementedtheinformation-motivation-behavioralskillsmodelcombinedwithOremself-caretheoryinterventiononthebasisofthecontrolgroup).Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofeachdimensionofExerciseofSelf-CareAgencyScale(ESCA)intheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thelevelsofnervegrowthfactor(NGF),brain-derivedneurotrophicfactor(BDNF)andMini-MentalStateExamination(MMSE)scoreintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thepositivecopingscoreintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthenegativecopingscorewaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTheinformation-motivation-behavioralskillsmodelcombinedwithOremself-caretheorycannotonlyimprovetheself-careabilityofpatientsaftercerebralhemorrhagesurgery,improveneurologicalfunction,butalsochangetheirwayofcopingwithdiseases,whichisworthpromoting.KEYWORDS:information-motivation-behaviorskillsmodel;Oremself-caretheory;cerebralhemorrhage;self-careability;neurologicalfunction信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合Orem自护理论对脑出血手术后患者自护能力、神经功能及应对方式的影响麻瑞霞，刘萌*，韩清清（榆林市第一医院，陕西榆林，718000）摘要：目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合Orem自护理论在脑出血手术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5...
