应变硬化水泥基复合材料(SHCC)设计理论及力学性能研究进展DOI:10.19936/j.cnki.2096-8000.20230328.019应变硬化水泥基复合材料(SHCC)设计理论及力学性能研究进展冷赞,薛昕*(厦门大学建筑与土木工程学院,厦门361005)摘要:应变硬化水泥基复合材料(SHCC)克服了普通混凝土韧性差、裂缝宽度难以控制等缺点,在拉伸状态下呈现准应变硬化和多缝开裂特性,韧性和耐久性优异,应用前景广泛。我国针对SHCC的研究起步较晚,目前已开展了大量研究,取得了众多成果,但仍存在不少课题。本文首先对SHCC的性能定位、承载机制以及设计方法进行了阐释,重点说明了微观材料参数对SHCC材料宏观力学性能的显著影响;在此基础上重点聚焦SHCC的拉伸性能在我国的研究现状进行了综述,并对其他力学性能进行了简要概述,综述结果证明了上述设计理论在SHCC材料设计过程中的重要指导作用;最后总结了目前研究中存在的课题并对将来的发展进行了展望。希望本文能对SHCC的进一步深入研究和推广应用提供一定的借鉴作用。关键词:应变硬化水泥基复合材料;性能定位;承载机制;材料设计方法;研究现状中图分类号:TB332文献标识码:A文章编号:2096-8000(2023)03-0120-13Areviewondesigntheoryandmechanicalperformanceofstrainhardeningcementitiouscomposites(SHCC)LENGZan,XUEXin*(SchoolofArchitectureandCivilEngineering,XiamenUniversity,Xiamen361005,China)Abstract:Differentfromnormalconcrete,strainhardeningcementitiouscomposites(SHCC)exhibitspseudostrainhardeningbehaviorandmultiplecrackingcharacteristicsunderuniaxialtensionforce.Duetoitshightough-nessandsmallcrackingwidth,SHCChasbecomeoneofthemostpromisingcivilengineeringmaterials.SHCChasbeenextensivelystudiedinChina,andachievedfruitfulresults,buttherearealsomanytopicsexistingtobefurtherexplored.Thispaperfirstlyelucidatedtheperformancespecification,bearingmechanismanddesignapproachofSHCC.Studieshaveshownthatmicroscopicmechanicalparametersofmaterialhassignificanteffectsonthemacro-scopicmechanicalperformanceofSHCC.Thenfocusingontensilebehaviorandothermechanicalproperties,thispaperreviewedtheresearchprogressofSHCCinChina.Theresultsofthereviewindicatedthatfiberhasasignifi-cantimprovementonSHCCandverifiedtheimportanceoftheabove-menti...
