第46卷第1期2023年1月河北农业大学学报JOURNALOFHEBEIAGRICULTURALUNIVERSITYVol.46No.1Jan.2023以腐熟稻壳为主的黄瓜新型育苗基质研究徐昱松1,宫彬彬1,2,吴晓蕾1,2,李敬蕊1,2,高洪波1,2(1.河北农业大学园艺学院,河北保定071000;2.农业农村部华北节水农业重点实验室,河北保定071000)摘要:为研发出适宜黄瓜育苗的新型腐熟稻壳基质,本研究以腐熟稻壳为主要原料,通过添加不同体积的无机基质(火山石、蛭石及珍珠岩)复配出11种育苗复合基质,并以‘津优1号’黄瓜为试材,筛选适宜的基质配方。结果表明:从基质理化性质来看,11种基质的理化性质均符合黄瓜生长需求;但对于幼苗生长的效果来看,不同基质配比差异显著,其中腐熟稻壳∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=6∶2∶2(T7)的混合基质处理的黄瓜幼苗茎粗、地上部鲜干重和地下部鲜重均显著高于对照,且根系活力和壮苗指数也相比与对照提高了34.12%和28.96%;腐熟稻壳∶蛭石∶火山石=6∶2∶2(T8)的基质处理的黄瓜幼苗壮苗指数比对照提高了17.16%;腐熟稻壳∶火山石=6∶4(T11)处理的黄瓜幼苗生长指标均显著低于对照。结果证明腐熟稻壳∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=6∶2∶2(T7)可以作为黄瓜穴盘育苗的基质进行推广。关键词:黄瓜;腐熟稻壳;育苗基质;根系活力;壮苗指数中图分类号:S641.2开放科学(资源服务)标识码(OSID):文献标志码:AStudyonanewcucumberseedlingsubstratebasedondecomposedricehuskXUYusong1,GONGBinbin1,2,WUXiaolei1,2,LIJingrui1,2,GAOHongbo1,2(1.CollegeofHorticulture,HebeiAgriculturalUniversity,Baoding071000,China;2.NorthChinaKeyLaboratoryofWaterSavingAgriculture,MinistryofAgricultureandRuralAreas,Baoding071000,China)Abstract:Inordertodevelopanewsubstratesuitableforcucumberseedling,thisstudycompared11seedlingcompositesubstratescontainingdecomposedricehuskasthemainrawmaterialwithdifferentvolumesofinorganicsubstratesincludingvolcanicstone,vermiculiteandperlite.'JinyouNo.1'cucumberwasgrownonthesubstratestoselectethesuitablematrixformula.Theresultsshowedthatthephysicochemicalpropertiesof11substratesallmetthegrowthrequirementsofcucumber.Butseedlinggrowthwassignificantlydifferentondifferentsubstrates.,Onthesubstratecontainingthedecomposedricehusk,vermiculite,perliteinratioof6∶2∶2(T7),thecucumberseedlingsdisplay...
