68纺织导报ChinaTextileLeader·2023No.2信息技术InformationTechnology智能制造背景下中小纺织企业的集群化发展路径ClusterDevelopmentPathofTextileSMEsintheContextofIntelligentManufacturing文|赵婷婷陈璐怡胡筱亭丁文胜孙少波齐亚滨摘要：智能制造是我国推进制造强国战略主攻方向。提升纺织行业中小企业集群的智能制造水平，将进一步增强我国纺织工业整体竞争力，并为制造业整体高质量发展提供现实经验。研究基于问卷和访谈调研了我国中小纺织企业智能制造的总体水平，量化分析了推进智能制造过程中这类企业的现实需求，包括：需要针对发展现状进行合理资源配置；希望通过集群化发展，在金融、人才和公共平台方面获得更多支持。在此基础上，文章进一步提出在纺织行业中小企业中继续完善梯级融资体系、加强专业人才供给，重视智能制造大背景下的敏捷治理，并针对不同产业集聚区域特征、不同发展阶段制定产业集群建设路径等建议。关键词：智能制造；产业集群；中小企业；发展路径Abstract:IntelligentmanufacturingisthemaindirectionofboostingChina’sstrengthinmanufacturing.EnhancingtheintelligentmanufacturingleveloftextileSMEindustryclusterswillfurtherenhancetheoverallcompetitivenessofChina’stextileindustryandprovidearealisticexperiencefortheoverallhigh-qualitydevelopmentofthemanufacturingindustry.Basedonquestionnairesandinterviews,thestudyinvestigatesthelevelofintelligentmanufacturingofChina’stextileSMEsandconductsquantitativeanalysisontherealisticneedsofthoseenterprisesintheprocessofpromotingintelligentmanufacturing,suchastheneedforreasonableresourceallocationinresponsetothedevelopmentstatus,andthedesiretoobtainmoresupportintermsoffinance,talentsandpublicplatformsthroughclusterdevelopment.Onthisbasis,thepaperfurtherproposesseveralpiecesofadvice,includingimprovingcascadingfinancingsystemsfortextileSMEs,strengtheningthesupplyofprofessionaltalents,payingattentiontoagilegovernanceinthecontextofintelligentmanufacturing,anddevelopingdifferentpathsforindustrialclustersbasedontheirdifferentcharacteristicsanddifferentdevelopmentstages.Keywords:intelligentmanufacturing;industrialclusters;SMEs;developmentpaths作者简介：赵婷婷，女，1984年生，...
