-157-中国—东盟合作视角下广西中职“秘书礼仪”课程教学改革研究许欣然（广西师范大学职业技术师范学院，广西桂林541004）【摘要】“秘书礼仪”是广西中职文秘专业课程中极具活力的一部分，该课程的实施质量对文秘专业学生的综合素质和工作能力培养有着很重要的影响。然而，在传统教学中，因任课教师专业水平偏低、教材内容更新滞后、教学评价重理论轻实践、校企合作程度偏低等原因，导致部分学生的学习效果不如预期，职业礼仪知识与技能欠缺。RCEP协议签署后，随着中国与东盟合作的不断深化，广西中职面向东盟培养秘书人才的标准与要求也相应提高。中职文秘毕业生是中国—东盟合作所需人才的重要组成部分，因此亟须推进“秘书礼仪”课程改革以提高文秘人才的综合素质。文章在中国—东盟合作深化这一背景下，对该门课程从教师、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价、办学模式五个方面进行全方位的改革。【关键词】中国—东盟合作；广西中职；秘书礼仪课程；教学改革【中图分类号】G652【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1008-1151(2022)12-0157-03ResearchontheTeachingReformof"SecretaryEtiquette"CourseinGuangxiSecondaryVocationalSchoolsfromthePerspectiveofChina-ASEANCooperationAbstract:"SecretarialEtiquette"isaveryactivepartofthecurriculumofsecretarymajorinsecondaryvocationalschoolsinGuangxi.Theimplementationqualityofthiscurriculumhasaveryimportantimpactonthecultivationofthecomprehensivequalityandworkingabilityofsecretarialstudents.However,intraditionalteaching,duetothelowprofessionallevelofteachers,thelaggingupdatingofteachingmaterials,theemphasisontheoryratherthanpracticeinteachingevaluation,thelowdegreeofschoolenterprisecooperationandotherreasons,somestudents'learningeffectisnotasexpected,andthelackofprofessionaletiquetteknowledgeandskills.AfterthesigningoftheRCEPagreement,withthedeepeningofChina-ASEANcooperation,thestandardsandrequirementsforGuangxisecondaryvocationalschoolstotrainsecretarialtalentsforASEANhavealsobeenimprovedaccordingly.SecretarialgraduatesofsecondaryvocationalschoolsareanimportantpartofthetalentsrequiredforChina-ASEANcooperation.Therefore,itisurgenttopromotethereformofthecurriculumof"SecretarialEtiquette"toimprovethecomprehensivequ...
