临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期EffectofZishenYutaipillscombinedwithatosibaninthetreatmentofpatientswithrepeatedembryotransferfailureanditsinfluenceonpregnancyrateYANGHong,LIJingjing*(ZhengzhouYouxiMaternityHospital,Zhengzhou450000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofZishenYutaipillcombinedwithatosibaninthetreatmentofpatientswithrepeatedembryotransferfailureanditsinfluenceonpregnancyrate.MethodsAtotalof88patientswithrepeatedembryotransferfailureadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2019toJanuary2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtothecomputerblindselectionmethod,thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroup(44cases,atosiban)andstudygroup(44cases,ZishenYutaipillscombinedwithatosiban).Theuterinearterybloodflowparameters,endometrialthickness,serumindexesandpregnancyoutcomeswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsAftertreatment,thepulsatilityindex(PI)andresistanceindex(RI)ofthestudygroupwerelessthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andtheendometrialthicknesswasgreaterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelofmonocytechemoattractantprotein-1(MCP-1)inthestudygroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelsofleukemiainhibitoryfactor(LIF)andvascularendothelialgrowthfactor(VEGF)werehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theembryoimplantationrate,pregnancyrateandlivebirthrateinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05);thespontaneousabortionratewasslightlylowerthanthatofthecontrolgroup,butthedifferencewasnotstatisticallysignificant(P>0.05).ConclusionZishenYutaipillscombinedwithatosibanhasagoodeffectinthetreatmentofrepeatedembryotransferfailure,whichisconducivetoimprovingendometrialreceptivity,regulatingserumfactorslevels,andimprovingpregnancyrate.Itcanbefurtherpromotedandusedinclinic.KEYWORDS:repeatedembryotransferfailure;ZishenYutaipills;atosiban;pregnancyrate滋肾育胎丸联合阿托西班治疗反复胚胎移植失败患者的效果及对妊娠率的影响杨虹，李晶晶*（郑州有玺妇产医院，河南郑州，450000）摘要：目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合阿托西班治疗反复胚胎移植失败...
