1162022Vol.9No.11ElectronicJournalofPracticalGynecologicalEndocrinology•临床护理•针对性护理在卵巢癌术后深静脉血栓患者中的应用效果分析马莉，韩丽（新疆医科大学第三附肿瘤医院妇外一科，新疆乌苏830011）【摘要】目的分析针对性护理在卵巢癌术后深静脉血栓患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的卵巢癌术后深静脉血栓患者72例为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为两组，每组36例。观察组采用针对性护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者护理前后的凝血功能及生活质量，并比较两组患者对护理的评价。结果护理前，两组的纤维蛋白原降解产物（FDP）、D-二聚体（D-D）、纤维蛋白原（Fbg）、凝血酶原时间（PT）及血小板计数（PLT）水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后，观察组的FDP、D-D、Fbg、PLT、PT水平分别为（2.89±0.69）mg/L、（205.78±11.63）ng/L、（2.09±0.43）g/L、（217.25±18.06）×109/L、（14.24±2.23）s，均优于对照组的（3.37±0.72）mg/L、（227.66±10.24）ng/L、（2.27±0.51）g/L、（182.47±15.12）×109/L、（12.14±2.24）s，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后，观察组的各项健康调查简表（SF-36）评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的各项护理评价评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论卵巢癌术后深静脉血栓患者采用针对性护理可改善凝血功能指标，提高生活质量，患者对护理服务的评价较高，值得临床推广使用。【关键词】针对性护理；卵巢癌；术后；深静脉血栓；应用效果ApplicationeffectanalysisoftargetednursinginpatientswithdeepveinthrombosisafterovariancancersurgeryMaLi,HanLi(1stDepartmentofGynecologicalSurgery,TheThirdAffiliatedTumorHospitalofXinjiangMedicalUniversity,Wusu830011,China)【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectoftargetednursinginpatientswithdeepveinthrombosisafterovariancancersurgery.MethodsAtotalof72patientswithdeepveinthrombosisafterovariancancersurgerytreatedinourhospitalwereselectedanddividedintotwogroupsaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,with36casesineachgroup.Theobservationgroupreceivedtargetednursing,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursing.Thebloodcoagulationfunctionandqualityoflifebeforeandafternursingwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups,andtheevaluationof...
