2023.3,3(2)|专题:钢桥设计制造新技术正交异性钢桥面中热轧变厚U肋技术特点及制造工艺研究吴家君,洪泽,郭鸿亮(辽宁紫竹集团,辽宁鞍山114000)摘要:采用U肋纵向加劲的正交异性钢桥面系,在公路钢桥中得到了广泛应用,然而其多发疲劳裂缝问题,迫使工程界提出了诸多改进方法,采用热轧变厚度U肋替代常用的冷弯等厚度U肋便是其中的一项创新措施。论述了热轧变厚度U肋的技术特点,包括几何参数、热轧U肋力学性能、可焊性、疲劳性能及经济性等。在制造工艺方面,针对这种U肋厚度薄、精度要求高的特点,在普通热轧型材的成熟轧制工艺基础上,运用专业软件DEFORM仿真模拟超薄U肋成形、热处理至机加工全过程,再使用微型轧机试轧缩尺U肋,经试轧调整完成轧辊孔型设计。目前热轧变截面U肋已在十余座大型桥梁工程项目中得到应用,显示了一定的经济技术优势。关键词:钢桥;正交异性板;热轧U肋;制造工艺;钢桥疲劳Techniquefeaturesandmanufacturingprocessofhot-rolledvariedthicknessU-ribsfororthotropicbridgedeckWUJiajun,HONGZe,GUOHongliang(LiaoningZizhuGroup,Anshan114000,China)Abstract:TheorthotropicsteeldeckwithlongitudinalstiffeningofU-shapedribshasbeenwidelyusedinhighwaysteelbridges.However,inviewofitsfatiguecrackproblem,manyimprovementmethodshavebeenputforwardatpresent.Oneoftheinnovativemeasuresistoreplacethecommonlyusedcold-formedU-ribsbyhot-rolledU-ribswithvariedthickness.Inthispaper,thetechnicalfeaturesofhotrolledU-ribswithvariablethicknessareextensivelyexpounded,includinggeometricparameters,me-chanicalproperties,weldability,fatiguepropertiesandeconomyofhot-rolledU-ribs.InordertomeetthethinplateandhighprecisionrequirementsofthiskindofU-ribduringthemanufacturingprocess,basedonthematurerollingtechnologyofordinaryhot-rolledprofiles,theprofessionalsoftwareDEFORMisusedtosimulatethewholeprocessofthinU-ribforming,heattreatmentandmachining.Themicro-rollingmillisthenusedtotestrollthescaledU-rib,andtheprofiledrollisfinalizedthroughtrialrollingadjustment.Untilnow,thehot-rolledU-ribswithvariablethicknesshavebeenappliedinmorethantenlargebridgeprojects,highlightingcertaineconomicandtechnicaladvantages.中图分类号:U448.36;TG3...
