第35卷第2期超硬材料工程Vol.352023年4月SUPERHARDMATERIALENGINEERINGApr.,2023烧结工艺对Fe基金属结合剂性能的影响张许红,王成军,吴海优,郭子豪,左二刚(河北省金刚石工具工程技术研究中心,河北石家庄050035)摘要:以Fe基金属结合剂为研究对象,分别采用热压机和罩式炉烧结工艺制备烧结试样,设定保温温度和保压压强分别为900℃和30MPa,研究不同保温保压时间对烧结试样密度、硬度、抗弯载荷-挠度和组织形貌的影响。在以上研究的基础上,采用上述制备烧结试样的工艺制备薄壁工程钻头,通过钻切试验测试其对钻头性能的影响。实验结果表明:对比罩式炉烧结保温保压30min与热压机烧结保温保压10min所制备的试样,两者硬度和抗弯强度相当,但前者的断裂挠度仅为后者60%左右,通过EDS测试Fe/Cu结合界面,发现Cu元素扩散到Fe粉末颗粒基体中,表明在Fe/Cu结合界面存在原子的相互扩散;对比罩式炉烧结保温保压20min与热压机烧结保温2.5min所制备的薄壁工程钻头产品,前者比后者锋利度提高5%,寿命降低5%。关键词:Fe基金属结合剂;热压机;罩式炉;金刚石薄壁工程钻头中图分类号:TQ164文献标识码:A文章编号:1673-1433(2023)02-0008-05EffectofsinteringprocessonpropertiesofFe-basedmetalbondZHANGXuhong,WANGChengjun,WUHaiyou,GUOZihao,ZUOErgang(DiamondToolsEngineeringandTechnologyResearchCenterofHebei,Shijiazhuang050035,China)Abstract:Inthispaper,Fe-basedmetalbindersareusedtopreparesinteredsampleswithhotpressmachineandbell-typefurnace.Theholdingtemperatureandpressurearesetat900℃and30MPa,respectively.Itisstudiedthathowholdingtimeinfluencessampledensity,hardness,bendingload-deflectionaswellasmicrostructure.Furthermore,thin-wallengineeringbitsamplesarepreparedbytheabove-mentionedprocess.Thetestre-sultshowsthattheholdingtimeforbell-typefurnaceandhotpressmachineare30minand10min,respectively.Thefracturedeflectionoftheformersampleisonlyabout60%ofthatofthelatterone.TheFe/Cuinterfaceofthetwokindsofsamplesarealsoinvesti-gatedwithEDS,andtheresultshowsthatthereisatomdiffusionattheFe/Cuinterface.Tocomparethethin-walledengineeringbitspreparedbybell-typefurnacesinteringandpressurepreservationfor20minwiththatbyhotpresssinteringandpressurepreserva-tionfor2.5min,thesharpnessoftheformeris5%higherth...
