就业质量对我国流动人口健康状况的影响研究李睿邓对龙（桂林理工大学，广西桂林531000）【摘要】流动人口实现高质量就业，对保障流动人口的健康有着深远意义。利用国家卫计委2017年流动人口动态监测调查数据，运用logit回归方法，从流动人口的工作性质、工作待遇、劳动保障以及工作强度四个维度构建了流动人口就业质量指标，据此指标探究流动人口就业质量对健康状况的影响。研究结果表明，我国流动人口的劳动时间严重超标，工作时间对我国流动人口的健康状况有显著的负向影响；流动人口工作月收入对其身体健康有显著积极作用；医疗保险的参与与否对我国流动人口的健康状况并无显著关系；就业单位性质对流动人口的健康状况并无显著影响；就业身份对流动人口的健康状况有着显著影响，有固定雇主的雇员比无固定雇主的雇员健康状况更好。文章通过建立流动人口就业质量指标体系，为流动人口就业质量研究提供一定的理论基础，从实现高质量的角度为我国流动人口健康状况的改善提出相应的建议。【关键词】流动人口；就业质量；就业稳定性【中图分类号】G922;G923ResearchontheImpactofEmploymentQualityontheHealthStatusofFloatingAbstract:Therealizationofhigh-qualityemploymentforthefloatingpopulationhasfar-reachingsignificanceforensuringthehealthofthefloatingpopulation.Usingthe2017dynamicmonitoringsurveydataofthefloatingpopulationfromtheNationalHealthandFamilyPlanningCommission,andusingthelogitregressionmethod,thispaperconstructsemploymentqualityindicatorsforthefloatingpopulationfromfourdimensions:worknature,workbenefits,laborsecurity,andworkintensity.Basedontheseindicators,theimpactofemploymentqualityonthehealthstatusofthefloatingpopulationisexplored.TheresultsshowthattheworkinghoursofthefloatingpopulationinChinaseriouslyexceedthestandard,andtheworkinghourshaveasignificantnegativeimpactonthehealthstatusofthefloatingpopulationinChina;themonthlyincomeofmigrantworkershasasignificantpositiveeffectontheirphysicalhealth;theparticipationofmedicalinsurancehasnosignificantrelationshipwiththehealthstatusofthefloatingpopulationinChina;thenatureoftheemploymentunithasnosignificantimpactonthehealthstatusofthefloatingpopulation;employmentstatushasasignificantimpactonthe...
