基于CiteSpace的国内医疗卫生费用研究现状及热点分析张世冉张雯雯程方安陈永成（江西中医药大学，江西南昌330049）【摘要】目的：明确我国近五年医疗卫生费用领域的研究热点及趋势。方法：以“卫生费用OR医疗费用”为关键词，来源期刊限定为中国知网数据库中影响力较高的核心期刊和CSSCI期刊，并利用CiteSpace软件对纳入的文献题录进行基本统计分析、研究者和机构共现、高频关键词共现和聚类分析。结果：共纳入2121篇文献，分析发现平均年发文量为424篇，总体呈下降趋势，研究机构主要以高校和研究院为主，研究热点主题主要聚焦于医疗保障、医疗卫生费用影响因素、医疗服务质量、医患关系四个方面。未来研究方向应从强化公立医院改革、完善公立医院补偿机制、加强慢性病防治管理工作建设、继续深化医保支付方式改革、提高医疗服务质量等方面为控制医疗卫生费用提出建议。【关键词】医疗费用控制；研究热点；可视化分析【中图分类号】R19【文献标识码】AResearchStatusandHotspotAnalysisofDomesticMedicalandHealthExpenditureBasedonCiteSpaceAbstract:Objective:ToidentifytheresearchhotspotsandtrendsinthefieldofmedicalandhealthexpenditureinChinainthepastfiveyears.Methods:Withthekeywordof"healthexpenditureormedicalexpenditure",thesourcejournalswerelimitedtothecorejournalsandCSSCIjournalswithhighinfluenceintheCNKIdatabase.CiteSpacesofwarewasusedtoconductbasicstatisticalanalysis,co-occurrenceofresearchersandinstitutions,co-occurrenceofhigh-frequencykeywordsandclusteranalysisoftheincludedliteraturetitles.Results:Atotalof2121articleswereincluded,andtheanalysisfoundthattheaverageannualnumberofarticleswas424,showingageneraldownwardtrend.Theresearchinstitutionsweremainlyuniversitiesandresearchinstitutes.Thehottopicsofresearchweremainlyfocusedonthefouraspectsofmedicalsecurity,factorsaffectingmedicalandhealthcosts,medicalservicequality,anddoctor-patientrelationship.Thefutureresearchdirectionshouldputforwardsuggestionsforcontrollingmedicalandhealthexpensesfromtheaspectsofstrengtheningthereformofpublichospitals,improvingthecompensationmechanismofpublichospitals,strengtheningtheconstructionofchronicdiseasepreventionandmanagement,continuingtodeepentherefor...
