应用研究0引言目前,承压类特种设备行业对工件内部缺陷进行检测的方法主要包括射线检测和超声检测。化工企业对于设备检修时间控制越来越严格,因此对检测效率和检测数据可靠性的要求也不断提高,超声检测技术要向更加快速可靠,缺陷显示更加直观,对缺陷的描述更加准确的方向不断进步。因此,原有的以A摘要压力容器焊缝在制造和服役过程中容易产生各种类型的缺陷,缺陷性质的判定以及精确尺寸的测量对于判定压力容器的安全状况等级至关重要。以某球罐定期检验过程中焊缝发现的超标缺陷为研究对象,通过对比全聚焦相控阵检测、常规A型脉冲反射法超声检测以及衍射时差法超声检测3种方法,证实了全聚焦相控阵技术相对于传统超声检验技术具有诸多优点,最后采用无损检测专用仿真软件CIVA缺陷响应模块进行了仿真计算,比对了相控阵超声和全聚焦相控阵的检测结果,进一步验证了超声相控阵技术在球罐焊缝检测中的可行性和有效性。关键词全聚焦相控阵球形储罐对接焊缝CIVA仿真检测对比中图分类号TH142DOI:10.16759/j.cnki.issn.1007-7251.2023.08.002ApplicationofFullFocusPhasedArrayUltrasonicTestingTechnologyinPeriodicInspectionofSphericalTanksHULichenHUANGHuiWANGHongyuanZHANGZijianJINWeiHUWeiweiAbstract:Theweldingseamsofpressurevesselswerepronetovarioustypesofdefectsduringmanufacturingandservice.Thedeterminationofdefectpropertiesandaccuratesizemeasurementwerecrucialfordeterminingthesafetylevelofpressurevessels.Takingtheexcessivedefectsfoundintheweldsofasphericaltankduringperiodicinspectionastheresearchobject,thefullfocusphasedarraytechnologyhadmanyadvantagesoverthetraditionalultrasonicinspectiontechnologybycomparingthethreemethodsoffullfocusphasedarrayinspection,conventionalA-pulsereflectionUltrasonictestinganddiffractiontimedifferenceUltrasonictesting.Finally,simulationcalculationswereconductedusingtheCIVAdefectresponsemodule,aspecializedsimulationsoftwarefornon-destructivetesting.Thetestingresultsofphasedarrayultrasoundandfullyfocusedphasedarraywerecompared,furtherverifyingthefeasibilityandeffectivenessofultrasonicphasedarraytechnologyinthedetectionofsphericaltankwelds.Keywords:Fullyfocusedphasedarray;Sphericalstoragetank;Buttweld;CIVAsimulation;...
