临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期Effectsofcognitivebehavioralinterventiononpsychologicalstatusandself-careabilityofpatientswithtraumaticopticneuropathysurgeryZENGRong1,GAOChunjuan2*(Xi'anPeople'sHospital/Xi'anFourthHospital,Xi'an710004,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheapplicationeffectofcognitivebehavioralinterventionintraumaticopticneuropathysurgery.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithtraumaticopticneuropathy(allweremonoculardisease)treatedinourhospitalfromMarch2020toMarch2021wereselectedanddividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing,andtheobservationgroupwasgivenroutinenursing+cognitivebehaviorintervention.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofSelf-RatingDepressionScale(SDS)andSelf-RatingAnxietyScale(SAS)inthetwogroupsweresignificantlydecreased,thevisualacuityandmeandefect(MD)weresignificantlyincreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofExerciseofSelf-CareAgencyScencyScale(ESCA)inthetwogroupsincreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofyieldandavoidanceinthetwogroupsdecreased,whilethescoreofconfrontationincreased,andthoseintheobservationgroupwerebetterthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionCognitivebehavioralinterventioncansignificantlyimprovethevisualacuityofpatientswithtraumaticopticneuropathysurgery,improvebadmoodandimproveself-careability.KEYWORDS:cognitivebehavioralintervention;traumaticopticneuropathy;psychologicalstatus;self-careability认知行为干预对外伤性视神经病变手术患者心理状态及自我护理能力的影响曾戎1，高春娟2*（西安市人民医院/西安市第四医院，陕西西安，710004）DOI:10.19347/j.cnki.2096-1413.202312048作者简介：曾戎（1980—），女，主管护师。研究方向：眼科护理。*通讯作者：高春娟，E-mail:gaochunjuan2021@163.com.摘要：目的探讨认知行为干预在外伤性视神经病变手术中的应用效果。方法选择本院2020年3月...
