doi:10．3969/j．issn．1008-0287．2023．03．031·临床论著·桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨转子间骨折戴厚杰，吕白，陈余有，毛鹏，陈勇，胡军祖，王洪凯摘要:目的探讨桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用桥接组合式内固定系统治疗22例股骨转子间骨折患者。记录手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症发生情况及膝关节活动度，采用Harris评分评价髋关节功能。结果患者均获得随访，时间6～14(11.1±2.3)个月。手术时间50～90(70.9±11.9)min，术中出血量80～400(206.4±83.8)ml，切口长度9～18(13.7±2.4)cm，术后引流量40～150(70.9±29.2)ml，骨折愈合时间10～17(13.1±1.5)周。切口均愈合良好，未发生感染、下肢深静脉血栓、骨折不愈合以及内固定松动、断裂等并发症。术后6个月采用Harris评分评价髋关节功能:总分78～96(88.8±4.9)分，优15例，良5例，可2例，优良率20/22。末次随访时，膝关节屈曲110°～135°(125.8°±6.9°)，伸直－10°～0°(－7.1°±2.9°)。结论桥接组合式内固定系统治疗股骨转子间骨折创伤小，固定可靠，患者功能恢复好，并发症少，临床效果确切。关键词:桥接组合式内固定系统;股骨转子间骨折;复位内固定中图分类号:Ｒ683．42;Ｒ687.32文献标识码:A文章编号:1008－0287(2023)03－0408－05ThebridgecombinationinternalfixationsystemfortreatmentoffemoralintertrochantericfracturesDAIHou-jie，LBai，CHENYu-you，MAOPeng，CHENYong，HUJun-zu，WANGHong-kai(WardⅠ，DeptofOrthopaedics，theSecondAffiliatedHospitalofGuilinMedicalUniversity，Guil-in，Guangxi541199，China)Abstract:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalefficacyofbridgecombinedinternalfixationsysteminthetreatmentoffemoralintertrochantericfractures．MethodsAbridgecombinationinternalfixationsystemwasusedtotreat22patientswithfemoralintertrochantericfractures．Thefollowingdatawererecorded，includingoperationtime，intraopera-tivebloodloss，incisionlength，postoperativedrainagevolume，fracturehealingtime，postoperativecomplicationsandrangeofmotionofthekneejoint．Harrisscoreswereusedtoevaluatehipfunction．ＲesultsPatientswerefollowedupfor6～14(11.1±2.3)months．Theoperationtimewas50～90(70.9±11.9)min，theintraoperativebloodlosswas80～40...
