·护理研究·沟通技巧干预在过敏性咽炎患儿护理中的应用效果丁楠(河南省商丘市中医院耳鼻喉科,河南商丘476000)摘要:目的探讨沟通技巧干预在过敏性咽炎患儿护理中的应用效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法本研究选取河南省商丘市中医院2020年4月—2022年4月收治的116例过敏性咽炎患儿为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将患儿分为常规组(n=58)与研究组(n=58)。常规组患儿采用常规护理措施。研究组患儿在常规组干预基础上进行沟通技巧干预。比较2组患儿治疗依从性;比较2组患儿干预前、干预后(出院时)咽部症状量表(WBS)评分;比较2组患儿家属护理满意度。结果研究组患儿治疗总依从率为94.83%,高于常规组的82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患儿WBS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组患儿WBS评分均低于干预前,且研究组低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属护理总满意度为96.55%,高于常规组的86.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沟通技巧干预能改善过敏性咽炎患儿临床症状,提高患儿治疗依从性,有助于加速患儿疾病康复,还可提高患儿家属对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。关键词:沟通技巧;过敏性咽炎;治疗依从性DOI:10.11986/j.issn.1673-873X.2023.03.037中图分类号:R473.75文献标志码:AApplicationeffectofcommunicationskillsinterventioninthecareofchildrenwithallergicpharyngitisDingNan(DepartmentofOtolaryngology,ShangqiuHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine,ShangqiuHenan476000,China)Abstract:ObjectiveThispaperaimstoexploretheapplicationeffectofcommunicationskillsinterventioninthecareofchil-drenwithallergicpharyngitistoprovideevidenceforclinicaltreatment.MethodsThisstudyincluded116childrenwithal-lergicpharyngitishospitalizedatShangqiuHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicinefromApril2020toApril2022.Thechildrenwereassignedtoacontrolgroup(n=58)andastudygroup(n=58)usingarandomnumbertable.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinecare,whilethestudygroupreceivedcommunicationskillsinterventiononthebasisofroutineinter-ventions.Thetreatmentcompliance,tonsilsymptomscore(WBS)beforeandafterintervention(atdischarge),andfamilycaresatisfactionofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTheoverallcompliancerateofthestudygroupwas94.83%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthan...
