摘要:以大连市水资源承载力为研究对象,通过建立PSR模型,构建“压力—状态—响应”共16项指标体系,采用熵权法确定指标权重,对“十三五”期间大连市水资源承载力进行评价。结果表明:大连市水资源承载力压力类指标所占权重最大,16项指标中大型企业取水量权重最大;新冠疫情对压力类指标影响明显,对状态类指标影响较小,对响应类指标几乎没有影响;大连市水资源承载力在“十三五”期间除2020年下降明显外,整体呈上升趋势。根据分析结果,提出建议:丰富水资源相关统计数据可以更好地评价水资源承载力;通过改善权重较大的指标状况,可以有效提高大连市水资源承载力;继续加强水污染防治工作,延续水资源承载力逐年上升趋势。关键词:PSR模型;熵权法;水资源承载力Abstract:ThepapertakesDalian'swaterresourcescarryingcapacityastheresearchobject,constructsa16-itemindexsystemof“Pressure-State-Response”byestablishingPSRmodel,andusestheentropyweightmethodtodeterminetheindexweight,toevaluateDalian'swaterresourcescarryingcapacityduringthe13thfive-yearplanperiod.Theresultsshowthat:thepressureindexofwaterresourcescarryingcapacityinDalianhasthelargestweight,andthewaterintakeoflargescaleenterpriseshasthelargestweightamongthe16indexes;theCovid-19pandemichadobviousinfluenceontheindexesofstress,littleinfluenceontheindexesofstate,andalmostnoinfluenceontheindexesofresponse;duringthe13thfive-yearplanperiod,Dalian'swatercarryingcapacityshowedanupwardtrend,exceptforasignificantdeclinein2020.Basedontheanalysisresults,somesuggestionsareputforward:toenrichtherelatedstatisticaldataofwaterresourcescanbetterevaluatethewaterresourcescarryingcapacity;toimprovethestatusofindicatorswithhighweights,thewaterresourcescarryingcapacityofDaliancanbeeffectivelyincreased;continuetostrengthenthepreventionandcontrolofwaterpollutionandmaintainthetrendofincreasingwaterresourcescarryingcapacityyearbyyear.Keywords:PSRmodel;entropymethod;waterresourcescarryingcapacity中图分类号:X52文献标识码:A文章编号:1674-1021(2023)05-0064-051引言大连市位于辽东半岛最南端,濒临黄海与渤海。大连市虽然三面环海,拥有大小河流152条,但人均水资源量仅为57...
