儿童保健127Fertility&Health七氟醚吸入与异丙酚静脉麻醉在小儿疝气手术中的运用效果赵家军临沂市兰山区柳青街道社区卫生服务中心，山东临沂276000【摘要】目的：分析七氟醚吸入与异丙酚静脉麻醉在小儿疝气手术中的运用效果。方法：选取2020年3月—2021年3月期间在我院接受疝气手术患儿98例作为研究目标，按入院时间分为常规组（应用异丙酚静脉麻醉，49例）与研究组（应用七氟醚吸入麻醉，49例），对比两组患儿麻醉质量、血流动力学与应激反应。结果：研究组患儿麻醉诱导时间、术后苏醒时间与意识恢复时间均优于常规组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义；研究组患儿在手术时和移除导管时的心率(HR)、平均动脉压（MAP）、收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)均优于常规组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义；研究组患儿去甲肾上腺素、肾素、肾上腺素等数值均低于常规组（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：在小儿疝气手术中给予七氟醚吸入麻醉效果显著，能使患儿血流动力学、血压水平保持稳定，麻醉深度适宜，且能减少患儿机体应激反应，安全性高，具有较大的临床参考价值。【关键词】七氟醚吸入；异丙酚静脉麻醉；小儿疝气手术；运用效果TheeffectofsevofluraneinhalationandpropofolintravenousanesthesiainpediatricherniasurgeryZHAOJiajunCommunityHealthServiceCenterofLiuqingStreet,LanshanDistrict,LinyiCity,Linyi,Shandong276000,China【Abstract】Objective:Toanalyzetheeffectofsevofluraneinhalationandpropofolintravenousanesthesiainpediatricherniasurgery.Methods:NinetyeightchildrenwhounderwentherniasurgeryinourhospitalfromMarch2020toMarch2021wereselectedasthestudytarget.Accordingtothetimeofadmission,theyweredividedintotheroutinegroup(49patientswereanesthetizedwithpropofolintravenousanesthesia)andthestudygroup(49patientswereanesthetizedwithsevofluraneinhalationanesthesia).Thequalityofanesthesia,hemodynamicsandstressresponseofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:Thetimeofanesthesiainduction,postoperativeawakeningandconsciousnessrecoveryinthestudygroupwerebetterthanthoseintheroutinegroup(P<0.05);Heartrate(HR),meanarterialpressure(MAP),systolicbloodpressure(SBP)anddiastolicbloodpressure(DBP)inthestudygroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseintheroutinegroupatthetimeofoperationandcatheterremoval...
