内燃机与配件www.nrjpj.cn设计研究模拟重力影响的发动机测量偏差模型的研究齐伟,宋广迎,杜飞飞,刘泽涛,付云贵(潍柴动力股份有限公司,山东潍坊261061)摘要:尺寸工程在发动机产品的设计阶段已成熟应用,在此阶段需要对产品零部件、装配件等上百个零件进行公差设计、公差仿真、公差校核等。在设计阶段,有效的三维公差分析能够控制产品的装配偏差,在满足设计要求的同时降低零部件总体制造成本,并且缩短研发周期。本文通过探究尺寸链构建原理和偏差分析原理,以某发动机曲轴飞轮壳同轴度为分析函数,结合公差分析软件VisVSA,模拟重力影响下同轴度测量操作,验证软件仿真结果与实测数据的吻合性,判断仿真分析是否能够达到预期结果。最后与测量结果对比表明,本研究所采用的模拟重力仿真是能够反应真实测量规律的,同时可作为发动机其他需要考虑重力影响的装配参考方法。关键词:重力影响;尺寸工程;VSA仿真;同轴度;发动机中图分类号:TH124文献标识码:A文章编号:1674-957X(2023)08-0001-03ResearchonEngineMeasurementDeviationModelSimulatingGravityEffectQiWei,SongGuang-ying,DuFei-fei,LiuZe-tao,FuYun-gui(WeichaiPowerCo.Ltd.,ShandongWeifang261061)Abstract:Dimensionengineeringhasbeenfullyappliedinthedesignstageofengineproducts.Inthisstage,toler-ancedesign,tolerancesimulation,tolerancecheckandsoonarerequiredforhundredsofpartssuchasproductpartsandassemblyparts.Inthedesignstage,effectivethreedimensionaltoleranceanalysiscancontroltheassemblydeviationofproducts,reducetheoverallmanufacturingcostofpartswhilemeetingthedesignrequirements,andshortentheresearchofdevelopmentcycle.Byexploringtheconstructionprincipleofdimensionchainandtheprincipleofdeviationanalysis,takingthecoaxialityofcrankshaftandflywheelhousingofanengineastheanalysisfunction,combinedwiththetoleranceanalysissoftwareVisVSA,thecoaxialitymeasurementoperationundertheinfluenceofgravitywassimulatedtoverifythecoincidencebetweenthesoftwaresimulationresultsandthemeasureddata,andtojudgewhetherthesimulationanalysiscanachievetheexpectedresults.Finally,thecomparisonwiththemeasuredresultsshowsthatthesimulatedgravitysim-ulationadoptedinthisstudycanreflecttherealmeasurementlaw,andcanbeused...
