2023·13基础研究17ModernChemicalResearch当代化工研究2023·13基础研究17ModernChemicalResearch当代化工研究煤矸石混凝土配比优化及其水化机理研究*冯鹤*王晓丽(贵州建设职业技术学院贵州551400)摘要:通过对煤矸石混凝土立方体开展单轴抗压强度测试,研究了煤矸石混凝土料浆浓度、煤矸石细矸率以及水泥掺量对强度的影响关系,获得了煤矸石混凝土中各主要成分的优化配比区间。研究表明:在煤矸石混凝土的配比中,混凝土料浆质量浓度区间以76%~80%为宜;细骨料的掺量区间以35%~45%为宜;水泥掺量对煤矸石混凝土强度影响较大,且随着水泥的增加而快速增加,其掺量与水泥呈现正相关;同时,对不同期龄的煤矸石混凝土进行了电镜扫描以及EDS能谱扫描,结果表明随着期龄的增长,其水化产物会发生改变,水化产物之间会相互交织形成致密结构,提高材料强度。关键词:煤矸石混凝土;抗压强度;力学试验;优化配比;水化机理中图分类号:TU528.01文献标识码:ADOI:10.20087/j.cnki.1672-8114.2023.13.006StudyonRatioOptimizationandHydrationMechanismofCoalGangueConcreteFengHe*,WangXiaoli(GuizhouConstructionVocationalandTechnicalCollege,Guizhou,551400)Abstract:Usingcoalgangueinsteadofnaturalaggregateintraditionalconcretetopreparenewcoalgangueconcretematerialscannotonlyimprovetheproblemthatcoalgangueisdifficulttodealwithincoalminingenterprises,butalsoreducetheminingofnaturalstoneandalleviatetheshortageofresources.Throughtheuniaxialcompressivestrengthtestofcoalgangueconcretecube,theinfluenceofcoalgangueconcreteslurrycon-centration,coalganguefineganguerateandcementcontentonstrengthwasstudied,andtheoptimalratiorangeofeachmaincomponentincoalgangueconcretewasobtained.Theresultsshowthatintheproportionofcoalgangueconcrete,themassconcentrationrangeofconcreteslurryis76%~80%.Thesuitablerangeoffineaggregatecontentis35%~45%.Thecementcontenthasagreatinfluenceonthestrengthofcoalgangueconcrete,andincreasesrapidlywiththeincreaseofcement,anditscontentispositivelycorrelatedwithcement.Atthesametime,electronmicroscopescanningandEDSenergyspectrumscanningwerecarriedoutoncoalgangueconcreteofdifferentages.Theresultsshowthatwiththeincreaseofage,thehydrationproducts...
