柴油机设计与制造DesignandManufactureofDieselEngine2023年第2期第29卷(总第183期)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~工艺与材料国六轻型柴油车尿素箱总成的结构优化与验证兰通仁(厦门环境保护机动车污染控制技术中心,福建厦门361023)摘要:从降低制造成本、减少安装工时、结构轻量化角度出发,对符合国六排放标准的轻型柴油车尿素箱总成进行结构优化及验证。将尿素箱结构从分体式优化为一体式,并利用有限元软件对优化设计方案进行应力分析,根据分析结果选择最优方案。将采用最优方案生产的样件装配于实车上,进行等效于20万km的强化路面耐久可靠性测试。结果表明:优化后的一体式尿素箱在满足结构强度和耐久可靠性的前提下,不仅可以实现结构轻量化,而且可以减少安装工时和降低制造成本。该优化设计可以为柴油机后处理系统的可靠性设计提供参考。关键词:尿素箱;一体式;有限元分析;耐久可靠性StructureoptimizationandverificationoftheureaboxassemblyofaChina-ⅥlightdieselvehicleLANTongren(XiamenEnvironmentProtectionVehicleEmissionControlTechnologyCenter,Xiamen361023,Fujian,China)Abstract:Fromtheperspectiveofreducingmanufacturingcosts,reducinginstallationhoursandlightweight,thestructureoptimizationandverificationoftheureaboxofaChina-Ⅵlightdieselvehiclewascarriedout.Theureaboxstructurewasoptimizedfromsplittointegratedstructure,andthestressanalysisoftheoptimizeddesignschemewassimulatedbyfiniteelementsoftware,andthebestschemewasselectedbasedontheanalysisresults.Thedurabilityandreliabilityofthebestschemesampleontherealvehiclewasverified.Thesampleproducedbythebestschemewasassembledonarealvehicleandsubjectedtodurabilityandreliabilitytestingofthereinforcedpavementequivalentto200000km.Theresultsshowthattheoptimizedintegratedureaboxnotonlyachieveslightweightbutalsoachievesthegoalofreducinginstallationhoursandproductioncostsunderthepremiseofmeetingtherequirementsofstructuralstrength,durabilityandreli⁃ability.Itcanprovidereferenceforthereliabilitydesignforthesubsequentpost-processingsystem.Keywords:ureabox;integrated;finiteelementsimulation;durabilityandreliabilityDOI:10.3969/j.issn.1671-0614.2023.02.0090前...
