ISSN1008-9446CN13-1265/TE承德石油高等专科学校学报JournalofChengdePetroleumCollege第25卷第3期,2023年6月Vol.25,No.3,Jun.2023承德地区农业非物质文化遗产的档案式保护策略研究刘向红(河北石油职业技术大学信息中心,河北承德067000)摘要:农业非物质文化遗产是我国非遗文化的重要组成部分,档案式保护是农业非遗的重要保护形式。通过调研和访谈,从发源地和发源起因梳理出承德地区的农业非物质文化遗产,针对承德地区农业非遗档案管理存在的问题,如数字化传播手段缺失,实物档案和活态档案缺失等,承德地区应参照国内成功案例,开展农业非遗的档案式保护工作,形成政府进行政策约束和协调、多方参与、以档案部门和非遗保护中心为主体的农业非遗档案管理机制。关键词:农业非物质文化遗产;档案;承德中图分类号:G122文献标志码:A文章编号:1008-9446(2023)03-0085-05ArchivalProtectionofAgriculturalIntangibleCulturalHeritageinChengdeLIUXiang-hong(HebeiPetroleumUniversityofTechnology,Chengde067000,Hebei,China)Abstract:AgriculturalintangibleculturalheritageisanimportantpartofintangibleculturalheritageinChina,andarchivalprotectionisanimportantformofprotectingagriculturalintangibleculturalheritage.Throughinvestigationandinterviews,theagriculturalintangibleculturalheritageinCheng-deareaissortedoutfromitsoriginandcauses.TherearemanyproblemsexistedinthearchivesmanagementofagriculturalintangibleculturalheritageinChengdearea,suchasshortofdigitalcom-municationmeans,lackofphysicalandlivingarchivesandsoon.Inviewoftheseproblems,Chengdeareashouldcarryoutarchivalprotectionofagriculturalintangibleculturalheritagebyrefer-ringtodomesticsuccessfulcases.Thispaperproposestoformamanagementmechanismofagricul-turalintangibleculturalheritagearchives.Inthissystem,protectionworkcanberegulatedandcoor-dinatedbygovernmentpolicies,differentpartiescanjoinintheprotectionactivities,andthemecha-nismshouldtakearchivesdepartmentandintangibleculturalheritageprotectioncenterasitsmainbody.Keywords:agriculturalintangibleculturalheritage;archives;Chengde基金项目::2021年河北省社会科学发展研究课题(河北省非遗档案保护工作的现状、问题和对策研究):20210201453;2021年承德市社会科学发展...
