内蒙古医科大学学报2023年4月第45卷第2期老年患者结肠镜检查安全性和有效性的现状研究（内蒙古医科大学附属医院消化内科，内蒙古呼和浩特010050）【摘要】随着世界人口平均寿命增长，老年结肠镜检查人数逐年增多，但结肠镜检查相关风险和并发症需要关注，肠道准备不足、检查完成率低等问题也值得重视。关于老年人结肠镜筛查的终止时间尚无定论，无结直肠癌报警症状，可筛查至75岁，75岁以上则根据结直肠癌报警症状、身体一般状况、预期寿命等因素综合评估风险获益比。年龄、基础疾病、行走功能状态、不同肠道准备方案等都会影响老年人肠道准备的质量，进而影响结肠镜检查的安全性和有效性，需要针对不同年龄段、不同基础疾病的老年患者，给予个体化肠道准备方案，必要时给予麻醉镇静辅助检查，以提高完整检查率及准确率，减少结肠镜检查相关不良反应及并发症，最大程度降低风险。【关键词】老年；结肠镜检查；安全性；有效性中图分类号：R445文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-512X（2023）02-0213-05张艳飞，曹春莉*，高娃，宋建忠【Abstract】Withtheincreaseofaveragelifespaninworldwide,thenumberofelderlycolonoscopyisincreasing,buttherisksandcomplicationsrelatedtocolonoscopyneedattention,aswellastheproblemsofinadequatebowelpreparationandlowcompletionrate.Theterminationtimeofcolonoscopyscreeningintheelderlyisnotconclusive,forthosewithoutcolorec-talcanceralarmsymptoms,canbescreenedto75yearsold,forthoseolderthan75yearsold,thecomprehensiveassessmentofrisk-benefitratioshouldbemadeaccordingtocolorectalcanceralarmsymptoms,generalphysicalcondition,lifeexpectan-cyandotherfactors.Age,comorbidity,walkingfunctionstate,differentbowelpreparationstrategywillaffectthequalityofbowelpreparationintheelderly,andthenaffectthesafetyandefficacyofcolonoscopy.Individualizedbowelpreparationstrat-egyshouldbegiventoelderlypatientswithdifferentagegroupsanddifferentcomorbidity,anesthesiasedationauxiliarycolo-noscopyshouldbegivenwhennecessarytoimprovethecompletionrateandaccuracy,andthenreducecolonoscopy-relatedadverseeventsandcomplications，minimizetheriskandincreasethebenefit.【Keywords】Elderly；Colonoscopy；Safety；EfficacySTUDYONSAFETYANDEFFICACYOFCOLONOSCOPYINELDERLYPATIE...
