旅游开发背景下的湖南地区传统民居综合功能提升技术研究分析旅游管理专业.doc

摘要 传统村落是中华传统文化载体，是农耕文明不可再生的文化遗产。我国城市化和现代建设的快速发展，使传统村落正面临着巨大的变革。随着人们生活水平的提高，旅游已经成为人们追求自由的一种方式，越来越受到百姓的青睐，传统村落作为一种旅游资源，因其古朴而宁静的特性，也备受旅游人士的追捧。传统民居是传统村落居住空间的物质载体，传统民居极具地域特色的建筑风格和形式，丰富了传统村落的文化特色。为了满足和适应现代旅游业的发展要求，传统民居内在功能也必然要进行调整和提升。 文章的研究依照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的逻辑展开,共分为六章。 第一章 为绪论部分，阐述了论文研究的背景及意义，对旅游开发、传统民居和综合功能的相关概念进行解析，并对国内外关于“传统村落旅游”“传统民居”的研究进行了总结，确定论文的研究方法和内容，制定研究框架。 第二、 三章提出并分析问题。第二章提出湖南传统村落旅游开发的相关理论并进行了分析。从产业经济的角度切入说明当前湖南传统村落旅游开发的必要性，介绍了传统村落旅游开发相关内容，包括传统旅游产品、传统村落旅游开发类型、特点和要素。并最后分析了旅游开发与综合功能提升的关系。第三章对湖南传统村落旅游开发功能设施进行调查并且分析，结合湖南传统民居现状和现有传统村落旅游开发模式和特点，总结了湖南传统民居旅游开发现存三大问题：旅游服务功能设施缺失、厨卫功能不完善和围护结构性能低。 文章四、五、六章解决第三章提出的问题。第四章主要针对湖南传统民居旅游服务设施缺失这一问题提出对应的旅游服务功能配置和平面改造策略。其中旅游服务功能配置根据问卷调查设置服务设施重要度，再根据重要度对不同类型传统村落进行旅游服务设施进行配置。平面功能改造对各类功能类型进行影响因素的总结，并对不同类型的平面进行改造图示总结并提出建议。第五章主要针对湖南传统民居厨卫功能不完善的问题进行讨论，对经营型厨卫进行了定义，并对经营服务型厨房的改造提出了策略。第六章针对湖南地区传统民居围护结构性能低的问题提出相应的节能改造策略，主要研究改善湖南传统民居保温隔热、自然通风、采光和遮阳的性能，分别从湖南传统民居的围护结构的节能适宜技术以及可再生能源的利用两个方面对传统民居节能技术进行论述。最后对其进行总结，发现其不足并期望能对后续研究有进一步思考。 关键字：传统村落；旅游；传统民居；功能提升 Abstract Traditional villages are the carriers of traditional Chinese culture, they are unrenewable cultural heritages of agricultural civilization. The rapid development of Chinese urbanization and the modernization construction make traditional villages face a huge change. With the improvement of people's living standards, tourism has become a way for people to seek freedom, receiving more and more favor from people, besides, as a tourist resource, traditional villages are also preferred by tourists with their features of simple, unsophisticated and peaceful. Traditional dwellings are the material carriers of traditional villages’ living space, they have architectural styles and forms with extreme local characteristics, which enriches the cultural characteristics of traditional villages. In order to meet and adapt to the development requirements of modern tourism, it is necessary to adjust and promote the inherent function of traditional dwellings. The research of this article is divided into five chapters according to the logic of proposing the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem. The first chapter is the introduction, the background and significance of the paper are expounded, related concepts of tourism development, traditional dwellings and comprehensive functions are analyzed, additionally, the author summarizes the domestic and overseas researches on "traditional village tourism" and "traditional dwellings ", determining the research methods and contents of the paper, developing the research framework. The second and the third chapter present and analyze the problem. The second chapter puts forward the related theories of the traditional village tourism development in Hunan and analyzes. This paper, from the angle of industrial economy, explains the necessity of the development of traditional village tourism in Hunan Province, and introduces the related contents of traditional village tourism development, including traditional tourism products, traditional village tourism development types, characteristics and factors. Finally, the relationship between tourism development and comprehensive function promotion is analyzed. In the third chapter, the author investigates and analyzes the traditional village tourism development function facilities in Hunan province, and sums up the three existing problems in the development of traditional residential tourism in Hunan, combining the present situation of traditional vernacular dwellings and the existing traditional village tourism development modes and characteristics. Chapter four and five or six solve the problems raised in chapter Iii. The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding tourism service function configuration and the plane transformation strategy for the lack of traditional residential tourism service facilities in Hunan. The function configuration of tourism service is based on the questionnaire, and then the tourism service facilities of different types of traditional villages are configured according to the importance degree. The function reconstruction of tourism service facilities summarizes the influencing factors of various functional types, and summarizes and proposes some suggestions for the transformation of different types of plane. In the fifth chapter, the author discusses the problems of the kitchen and toilet function of traditional dwellings in Hunan province, and defines the operation type kitchen, and puts forward a strategy for the renovation of service-oriented kitchens. The sixth chapter mainly studies the improvement of the thermal insulation, natural ventilation, lighting and shading of Hunan traditional dwellings, discussing in the two aspects of the structure of the energy-saving technologies and the use of renewable energy in Hunan traditional dwellings. In the end conclusion is drawn, its shortcomings and prospects are expounded, which may provide references for further study. Key words: traditional villages
