24纺织报告|FANGZHIBAOGAO聚氯乙烯(PolyvinylChloride,PVC)材料的分子链中存在丰富的极性C—Cl键,PVC材料分子之间的作用力较大,使PVC材料在物理力学性能上表现良好,同时PVC的化学稳定性较好,具有价格低廉、容易获取的优势[1-2]。但是相比其他塑材,PVC的热稳定性较差,脆性较大,因此在应用过程中,PVC常与增塑剂混合使用,但是PVC材料存在增塑剂容易发生迁移的问题,限制了PVC材料的进一步使用,进而需要对PVC材料进行优化改进[3-4]。因此,本研究针对增塑PVC在阻尼材料制备中的增塑剂迁移问题,采用三聚氯氰制备了一种自增塑聚氯乙烯(Self-聚氯乙烯阻尼材料的改性制备和性能研究柏芳燕(重庆财经学院,重庆402160)ModificationpreparationandpropertiesstudyofpolyvinylchloridedampingmaterialsBaiFangyan(ChongqingFinancialandEconomicCollege,Chongqing402160,China)AbstractDampingmaterialshaveimportantvalueinanti-noiseandanti-vibrationpollution.Reasonableuseofdampingmaterialscansuppressnoiseandvibrationfromthesource.Inordertoimprovethepropertiesofpolyvinylchloride(PVC),thispaperpreparesaself-plasticizingpolyvinylchlorid(SPVC)materialbycyanuricchloride,andpreparesthemodifiedSPVCdampingmaterialbycombiningwithPVCplastisol.Inordertoverifythepropertiesofthematerials,thestructurecharacterization,plasticizingeffectanddampingpropertiesofSPVCanddampingmaterialsareanalyzedbyinfrared,nuclearmagneticresonanceandthermogravimetric(TG).TheresultsshowthattheTgoftheSPVCdampingmaterialislowerthanthatbeforethemodification,whichindicatesthatthemodifiedSPVCdampingmaterialhasbetterinternalplasticizingeffect.ThedampingperformanceofmodifiedSPVCdampingmaterialisanalyzed,anditisfoundthattanδmaxandthetemperaterangevaluewhentanδ>0.3increaseandTgdecrease,whichprovesthatthedampingpropertyofmodifiedPVCdampingmaterialisenhanced.TheintroductionofSPVCPVCmaterialintothemodificationofPVCdampingmaterialhaspracticalvalueinsolvingtheproblemsofnoiseandvibrationpollution.KeywordsPVC;damping;self-plasticizing;modification摘要阻尼材料在抗噪声和抗振动污染中具有重要价值,合理运用阻尼材料能从源头对噪声和振动进行抑制。为了增强聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料性能,文...
