AnalysisofYieldandRelatedCharactersofJaponicaRiceRecombinantInbredLinesJIAXu-dong,CHENHu,LIUJian,ZHAOFei*(TianjinAgriculturalUniversity,CollegeofAgronomy&ResourcesandEnvironment,Tianjin300384,China)Abstract:Inthisresearch,Japonicaricerecombinantinbredlinewasusedasresearchmaterials,andthecorrelationbetweenriceyieldandplantheight,earlength,effectivepaniclenumber,seednumber,seedsettingrate,andthousand-grainweightwasdiscussed.Itisexpectedtoprovideareferenceforbreedinghigh-yieldricelines.Theresultsshowedthattheyieldofjaponicaricewasaffectedbythesefactors,andmultiplecharactersshouldbeconsideredcomprehensivelytoimproveyield.Theyieldwaspositivelycorrelatedwithpaniclelength,grainnumberperpanicle,1000-grainweight,andseedsettingrate.Consideringthatpaniclelengthwassignificantlypositivelycorrelatedwithplantheightand1000-grainweight,andsignificantlypositivelycorrelatedwithseednumber,itcouldbeconcludedthatappropriateincreaseofplantheightcouldincreasepaniclelength,grainnumberperpanicleand1000-grainweight,soastoincreaseyield.Althoughtherewasaverysignificantpositivecorrelationbetweengrainnumberperpanicleandseedsettingrate,therewasaverysignificantnegativecorrelationbetweengrainnumberperpanicleand1000-grainweight,whichfurtherindicatedthattheincreaseofgrainnumberperpanicleshouldbewithinacertainrange,otherwisethe1000-grainweightwouldbereduced,andtheearlengthshouldalsobecontrolledwithinacertainrange.Itcanbesaidthatthenumberofgrainperspikeplaysakeyrole.Therefore,itisnecessarytograsptheincreaserangeofpaniclegrainnumberbeforeselectingotherfactorswhenincreasingyield.Keywords:Japonicarice;Yield;Correlatedtraits;Correlationanalysis粳稻重组自交系产量及相关性状分析贾旭东,陈虎,刘建,赵飞*(天津农学院农学与资源环境学院,天津300384)摘要:以粳稻重组自交系为研究材料,探讨了粳稻的产量与株高、穗长、有效穗数、实粒数、结实率、千粒重的相关性,期望为从中选育高产水稻品系提供参考。该研究表明,粳稻产量受这几个因素共同作用,提高产量应综合考虑多个性状。产量与穗长、穗实粒数、千粒重、结实率呈显著正相关。为此...
