临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期ComparisonoftheeffectsofmicrochannelpercutaneousnephrolithotomysurgeryunderlocalanesthesiaandgeneralanesthesiainthetreatmentofrenalcalculiandupperureteralcalculiWANGWenqiang1,SUNLin2*(1.TongchuanMiningBureauCentralHospital,Tongchuan727000;2.SunSiMiaoHospitalofBUCM/TraditionalChineseMedicineHospitalofTongchuan,Tongchuan727100,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTocomparetheeffectsofmicrochannelpercutaneousnephrolithotomysurgeryunderlocalanesthesiaandgeneralanesthesiainthetreatmentofrenalcalculiandupperureteralcalculi.MethodsFromJanuarytoDecember2020,90patientswithrenalcalculiandupperureteralcalculitreatedbymicrochannelpercutaneousnephrolithotomysurgeryintheurinarysurgerydepartmentofourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtodifferentanesthesiamethods,thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroup(45cases,generalanesthesia)andobservationgroup(45cases,localanesthesia).Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsTherewasnosignificantdifferenceintheanestheticeffectbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Therewerenosignificantdifferencesinoperationtimeandhospitalstaybetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05);thetotalincidenceofpostoperativeadversereactionsintheobservationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At1dafteroperation,thelevelsofinterleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)andtumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).At1dafteroperation,thelevelsofβ2-microglobulin(β2-M),creatinine(Cr)andbloodureanitrogen(BUN)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);at7dafteroperation,thelevelsofCrandBUNintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthestone-freeratebetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).ConclusionMicrochannelpercutaneousnephrolithotomysurgeryunderlo...
