临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Effectsofcollectivelanguagetrainingonlanguagefunction,physicalandmentaldevelopmentandintelligencelevelofchildrenwithlanguageretardationZHANGHaiyan(ChildHealthcareDepartment,XuchangMaternalandChildHealthHospital,Xuchang461000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTostudytheeffectsofcollectivelanguagetrainingonlanguagefunction,physicalandmentaldevelopmentandintelligencelevelofchildrenwithlanguageretardation.MethodsAtotalof126childrenwithlanguageretardationweredividedintocollectivetraininggroup(n=63,collectivelanguagetraining)andcontrolgroup(n=63,one-to-onelanguagerehabilitationtraining)accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofalldimensionsofChineseRehabilitationResearchCenterStandardAphasiaExamination(CRRCAE),thedevelopmentquotientsofalldimensionsofGeselldevelopmentaldiagnosisscale,andthescoresofalldimensionsofWechslerPreschoolandPrimaryScaleofIntelligence(WPPSI)inthecollectivetraininggroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionCollectivelanguagetrainingismoreconducivetoimprovingthelanguagefunction,neurological,psychologicaldevelopmentandintelligencelevelofchildrenwithlanguageretardation.KEYWORDS:collectivelanguagetraining;languageretardation;children集体语言训练对语言发育迟缓儿童语言功能、身心发育及智力水平的影响张海燕（许昌市妇幼保健院儿童保健科，河南许昌，461000）摘要：目的研究集体语言训练对语言发育迟缓儿童语言功能、身心发育及智力水平的影响。方法以随机数字表法将126例语言发育迟缓患儿分为集体训练组（n=63，集体语言训练）与对照组（n=63，一对一语言康复训练）。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后，集体训练组的中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查表（CRRCAE）各维度评分、Gesell发育诊断量表各维度发育商以及韦氏学龄前儿童智力量表（WPPSI）各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论集体语言训练更利于改善语言发育迟缓儿童的语言功能、神经、心理发育情况及智力水平。关键词：集体语言训练；语言发育迟缓；儿童中图分类号：R749.94；R493文献标志码：A文章编号：2096-1413...
