临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期Effectsofcollectivelanguagetrainingonlanguagefunction,physicalandmentaldevelopmentandintelligencelevelofchildrenwithlanguageretardationZHANGHaiyan(ChildHealthcareDepartment,XuchangMaternalandChildHealthHospital,Xuchang461000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveTostudytheeffectsofcollectivelanguagetrainingonlanguagefunction,physicalandmentaldevelopmentandintelligencelevelofchildrenwithlanguageretardation.MethodsAtotalof126childrenwithlanguageretardationweredividedintocollectivetraininggroup(n=63,collectivelanguagetraining)andcontrolgroup(n=63,one-to-onelanguagerehabilitationtraining)accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofalldimensionsofChineseRehabilitationResearchCenterStandardAphasiaExamination(CRRCAE),thedevelopmentquotientsofalldimensionsofGeselldevelopmentaldiagnosisscale,andthescoresofalldimensionsofWechslerPreschoolandPrimaryScaleofIntelligence(WPPSI)inthecollectivetraininggroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionCollectivelanguagetrainingismoreconducivetoimprovingthelanguagefunction,neurological,psychologicaldevelopmentandintelligencelevelofchildrenwithlanguageretardation.KEYWORDS:collectivelanguagetraining;languageretardation;children集体语言训练对语言发育迟缓儿童语言功能、身心发育及智力水平的影响张海燕(许昌市妇幼保健院儿童保健科,河南许昌,461000)摘要:目的研究集体语言训练对语言发育迟缓儿童语言功能、身心发育及智力水平的影响。方法以随机数字表法将126例语言发育迟缓患儿分为集体训练组(n=63,集体语言训练)与对照组(n=63,一对一语言康复训练)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,集体训练组的中国康复研究中心汉语标准失语症检查表(CRRCAE)各维度评分、Gesell发育诊断量表各维度发育商以及韦氏学龄前儿童智力量表(WPPSI)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集体语言训练更利于改善语言发育迟缓儿童的语言功能、神经、心理发育情况及智力水平。关键词:集体语言训练;语言发育迟缓;儿童中图分类号:R749.94;R493文献标志码:A文章编号:2096-1413...
