冯梦龙村文化建筑群CULTURAL COMPLEX OF FENGMENGLONG VILLAGE设计：启迪设计集团股份有限公司/九城都市建筑设计有限公司地点：江苏省苏州市Design:Enlightenment Design Group Co.,Ltd./9TOWN-STUDIO Location:Suzhou,Jiangsu Province116特辑：文旅为媒，城乡共生 CulturalTourismasaCatalystforUrban-RuralSymbiosis鸟瞰 Aerial view 章鱼见筑 ZY Architectural Photography1172022.12 建筑实践ArchitecturalPractice山歌文化馆Folk Song Culture Center启迪设计集团股份有限公司Enlightenment Design Group Co.,Ltd.南立面 South facade 张超 ZHANG Chao118特辑：文旅为媒，城乡共生 CulturalTourismasaCatalystforUrban-RuralSymbiosis1192022.12 建筑实践ArchitecturalPractice设计定位和功能策划：项目位于冯埂上村口，冯埂上是冯梦龙村的一个自然村，是冯梦龙故居所在地，也是冯梦龙村的精神核心所在。设计师希望它能成为未来冯埂上展示的窗口以及村民的公共活动空间。结合文旅开发对建筑的定位，本项目主要涵盖广笑府、山歌酒馆、游客接待中心三大功能区。其中，广笑府主要展示冯梦龙纂辑的笑话集等文学成果，兼有舞台表演的功能，展现冯梦龙的艺术造诣；山歌酒馆主要展示冯梦龙所收集的明末各地山歌，并依托“冯梦龙开设酒馆来采集编纂山歌”的典故，打造一个集“听吴语山歌、品农家酒菜”于一体的特色餐厅；接待中心为服务前来冯埂上的游客而设；此外，还包括村民议事厅、工作人员办公室等辅助用房。空间推演：建筑通过分散的小体量呼应村庄肌理。设计师同业主一起确定了从空间操作入手的工作方式，营造从大到小、相互并列的组团式空间。3 种功能空间从西向东一字排开，根据体量均质的原则，分为 4 个组团。屋顶均为平坡结合，坡屋顶的尺度与周边民居保持一致，使得乡村肌理得以延续。附属配套空间被穿插在 4 个组团的缝隙之中，既保证了大空间使用的完整性，又让组团之间的联系更加紧密。场地演绎：设计通过退让来围合空间。各个建筑组团的前后错动，自然地解决了场地狭长的局限性，形成了 3 个小广场。东侧广场为接待中心的服务广场，主要为游客提供二次接驳；南侧广场为商业空间的入口广场，建筑主体外做一层挑檐，缩小尺度，以此形成室内外的连通空间，田野景观可以自然地向院内和室内流动，进一步柔化了既定的建筑院落内外关系；北侧广场位于沿河连廊的尽端，沿河连廊与室内外景观步道连通形成环线，带来更丰富的行走体验。“传承”与“出新”：设计师采取肌理修复的设计方法，按照村庄原房屋的位置和体量重新修建。但设计并非是追求修旧如旧的“仿古”，而是用新的语言表达新建筑。新的门头和主入口界面采用简洁的片墙，墙与墙之间或用内凹的坡顶，或用透明的玻璃盒子，保持主体建筑原有屋顶走向的同时，也表达了对原有屋顶的更新。此外，设计师希望结合传统和现代的砖砌方式，打造富有变化的主立面。广笑府南侧一层采用了传统空斗墙砌筑方式，与镂空花窗和石库门结合进行设计。二层则采用了一整面镂空砖墙来凸显现代感，并隐藏构造柱与圈梁，强调墙面的整体性。为营造“戏台故梦，竹廊新曲”的空间体验，设计师用现代编织手法，在北侧景观连廊的尽端设计了一处四面开敞的戏台，中间抬高形成沿河的视觉焦点，舞台另外两侧向广场逐级变为台阶，为日常活动提供休息设施。整个戏台以一种自由开敞和公共的姿态呈现在村庄之中，承载村民的各种公共活动，并且采用双重框景手法打造出亲水平台景观。设计师希望冯梦龙村可以作为一个弘扬冯梦龙人文精神的载体，让当地的戏曲文化重新焕发生机，沿着长长的河道，在错落有致的屋檐间，流传下去。业主苏州市相城区黄埭镇冯梦龙村村民委员会主持建筑师查金荣设计团队张筠之、张智俊、刘阳、杨柯、张颖结构设计谢超、刘晓飞给排水设计马琦、李建东电气设计张哲、周春雷、何幸贤暖通设计祝合虎、汤若飞景观设计王加伟、樊宇钤、吴至人施工单位中亿丰建设集团股份有限公司基地面积2,471 m2建筑面积2,170 m2设计周期2018.32019.8建造周期2019.82020.10沿河景色鸟瞰 Aerial view of the buildings along the river 章鱼见筑 ZY Architectural Photography120特辑：文旅为媒，城乡共生 CulturalTourismasaCatalystforUrban-RuralSymbiosis1122223448342156781 广场2 楼梯间3 戏台4 连廊1 Square2 Staircases3 Opera stage4 Corridor1 广笑府2 多功能活动中心3 游客中心1 Guangxiaofu2 Multifunction activity center3 Visitor center总平面图 Site planN04210mN0215m4 纪念品商店5 山歌酒馆6 包间4 Souvenir shop5 Folk Song Tavern6 Private room山歌酒馆广笑府多功能活动中心接待中心Folk Song TavernGuangxiaofuMultifunction activity centerVisitor reception center1222223344541 广笑府2 包间3 卫生间1 Guangxiaofu2 Private room3 Toilet4 办公室5 会议室4 Office5 Meeting room7 厨房8 卫生间7 Kitchen8 Toilet一层平面图 First floor plan二层平面图 Second floor plan1212022.12 建筑实践ArchitecturalPracticeDesign orientation and function scheme:The site is located at the entrance of Fenggengshang Village,which is a natural village of Fengmenglong Village,where FENG Menglongs former residence is located,and also the spiritual core of Fengmen-glong Village.The architects hope that this project will become a future display window about Feng-gengshang and play the role of public activity space for the local residents.Following the core function of being a cultural and tourism architecture com-plex,it is mainly divided into 3 areas,which includes the Guangxiaofu,the Folk Song Tavern and the visitor center.Among them,the main function of Guangxiaofu is to show FENG Menglongs literary achievements,and stage performances could be hold in this space to show his artistic attainments.The Folk Song Tavern is to show FENG Menglongs experience of writing A Collection of Folk Songs from the drinkers in his tavern,and is also a special-ty restaurant where people can enjoy the Wu dia-lect folk songs and local cuisine.The visitor center is to serve the visitors who come to Fenggengshang.In addition,it also includes other supporting facil-ities and functions,such as conference hall,staff offices.Spatial deduction:The scattered little volumes echo the village context.The space operation set the design method.Groups of buildings are consid-ered in terms of size,arrangement and function.The 3 function groups are arranged in a line,from west to east.And the buildings are divided into 4 groups,following the principle of uniform volume.The roof adopts the method of combining flat roof and slop-ing roof,and the scale of sloping roof is consistent with that of surrounding residential buildings,which makes the village context continue.The other sup-porting facilities are putting alternately among the 4 groups of buildings.In this way,both the integrity of use of the large spaces and the connection of the groups could be realized perfectly.Site deduction:The design uses setbacks to en-close spaces.Each group of the buildings are meant to be staggered.The limitation of the long linear site is therefore minimized,and the whole site then takes shape as 3 small squares.The east one serves for visitors,and it can connect the whole village to the outside.The south one is the main entrance of the commercial space.In this area,there is an overhanging eave outside the building in the first floor,connecting the external field landscap
