临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期Effectsofpredictivenursinginterventionbasedonevidence-basedtheoryonincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationsandqualityoflifeinpatientsundergoingmicrovasculardecompressionforhemifacialspasmZHANGPing,ZHANGMan*,WANGJing(TangduHospitalofAirForceMilitaryMedicalUniversity,Xi'an710038,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofpredictivenursinginterventionbasedonevidence-basedtheoryonpostoperativecomplicationsandqualityoflifeinpatientsundergoingmicrovasculardecompressionforhemifacialspasm.MethodsAtotalof80patientswithhemifacialspasmwhoweretreatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2019toDecember2020wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thepatientsweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod,with40casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursingintervention,andtheobservationgroupwasgivenpredictivenursinginterventionbasedonevidence-basedtheoryonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.Theincidenceofcomplications,qualityoflifeandnursingsatisfactionwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThetotalincidenceofcomplicationsintheobservationgroupwas7.50%,whichwassignificantlylowerthan25.00%inthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Beforeintervention,therewerenosignificantdifferencesinthescoresofeachdimensionsofqualityoflifebetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05);afterintervention,thescoresofeachdimensionsofqualityoflifeintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thenursingsatisfactionoftheobservationgroupwas90.00%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthan72.50%ofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionPredictivenursinginterventionbasedonevidence-basedtheorycanreducetheincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationsinpatientsundergoingmicrovasculardecompressionforhemifacialspasm,andimprovethequalityoflifeandnursingsatisfactionofpatients,whichisworthyofclinicalapplication.KEYWORDS:hemifacialspasm;microvasculardecompression;predictivenursing;evide...
