摘要我国国家相关机构和社会公共组织，为了给贫困大学生提供接受高等教育的机会，以及相关的物质支持所设立了贫困学生援助。既是我国建立高校教育救助制度（奖学金，助学金，助学贷款和工辅助学等），却依然在教育援助中存在相关问题。本文主要以河北省高校贫困生救助为例，分析高校贫困大学生救助存在的相关问题其中包括：贫困生认定资格方式有歧义，分散化的资助体系，工作相关教育问题，援助观念落后，助学贷款问题等。查询任何高校贫困学生的教育工作。在借鉴美国大学贫困生救助经验的基础上，从国家，社会，大学和贫困大学生四个角度出发，探讨了我国高校贫困大学生救助体系的构建，并提出了自己的肤浅观点。建议用这种援助制度进一步提高贫困大学生的救助效果，促进贫困大学生的学习积极性，培养贫困大学生的良好人格。关键词：高等教育；贫困大学生；救助体系AbstractTheeducationalassistanceofimpoverishedstudentsincollegesanduniversitiesisanopportunityforthestateandsocialorganizationstoprotectpoorfamiliesfromreceivinghighereducationandprovidethemwithassistanceinmaterialandotheraspects.Atpresent,Chinahasinitiallyestablishedacollegeeducationaidsystembasedonscholarships,aidpayments,studentloans,andwork-studyaids,buttheproblemofimpoverishedundergraduatesreceivinghighereducationstillexists.ThisarticletakesHebeiprovinceasanexampleandconsidersthatthemainproblemsexistinginthecompositionofeducationassistanceinclude:flawsintheidentificationmechanismforpoorstudents,decentralizedfundingsystems,problemswithwork-relatededucation,backwardnessinaidconcepts,studentloanissues,etc.Inquireintoanyeducationworkforimpoverishedstudentsincollegesanduniversities.OnthebasisofdrawinglessonsfromtherescueexperienceofimpoverishedstudentsinAmericanuniversities,westartedfromfourangles:thestate,society,universities,andpoorcollegestudentsthemselvestodiscusstheconstructionoftherescuesystemforimpoverishedundergraduatesinChineseuniversities,andputforwardtheirownsuperficialviews.Itisrecommendedthatthisaidsystembeusedtofurtherimprovetheeffectivenessoftherescueofimpoverishedcollegestudents,promotetheimpoverishedcollegestudents'enthusiasmforlearning,andcultivat...
