社会体育学2023年(第13卷)第10期当代体育科技(ContemporarySportsTechnology)广东省体育职业技能培训基地发展现状及优化路径刘桂涛彭林*(广东体育职业技术学院广东广州510000)摘要：全民健身上升为国家战略的大背景下，体育职业技能培训工作有了空前的发展契机。该文运用文献资料法、数理统计法，对广东省体育职业技能培训基地发展现状进行研究。结果表明：广东省已经建立了覆盖全省的职业技能培训基地网络；基地承建的类别包括高等院校、体育场馆中心、体育运动学院、体育俱乐部、体育协会和体育公司等。根据工作开展，广东省初步形成了培训基地的管理体系。现有培训基地存在整体发展不够均衡、地区分布不够合理、工作动力不足的问题。未来广东省应进一步发挥区位优势，进一步扩大基地规模，均衡基地发展，强化基地管理，积极探索体育人才培养的新模式。关键词：体育职业技能培训基地发展现状优化路径中图分类号：G80-05文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2813(2023)10-0091-04DevelopmentStatusandOptimizationPathofSportsVocationalSkillsTrainingBasesinGuangdongProvinceLIUGuitaoPEGNLin*(GuangdongVocationalInstituteofSport,Guangzhou,GuangdongProvince,510000China)Abstract:Underthebackgroundoftheriseofnationalfitnessasanationalstrategy,sportsvocationalskillstraininghasanunprecedenteddevelopmentopportunity.ThispaperusestheliteraturemethodandmathematicalstatisticmethodtostudythedevelopmentstatusofsportsvocationalskillstrainingbasesinGuangdongProvince.TheresultsshowthatGuangdongProvincehasestablishedanetworkofvocationalskillstrainingbasescoveringthewholeprovince,andcategoriesofbasecontractorsincludecollegesanduniversities,sportsvenuecenters,sportsuniversities,sportsclubs,sportsassociationsandsportscompanies.Accordingtothedevelopmentofthework,GuangdongProvincehasinitiallyformedamanagementsystemforthetrainingbase.Theexistingtrainingbasehasproblemsofunbalancedoveralldevelopment,unreasonableregionaldistributionandinsufficientworkmotivation.Inthefuture,GuangdongProvinceshouldfurthergivefullplaytoitsregionaladvantages,furtherexpandthescaleofthebase,balancethedevelopmentofthebase,strengthenthemanagementofthebase,andactivelyexploreanewmodelforthetrainingof...
