临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期EffectsofglutathionecombinedwithademetioninebutanedisulfonateonliverfunctionandpregnancyoutcomeinpatientswithintrahepaticcholestasisofpregnancyLIXiaojin1,JIALi1*,CAODongxue2(1.thePeople'sHospitalofLintongDistrict,Xi'an710600;2.Xi'anCentralHospital,Xi'an710003,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheclinicaleffectofglutathionecombinedwithademetioninebutanedisulfonateinthetreatmentofpatientswithintrahepaticcholestasisofpregnancy.MethodsAtotalof120patientswithintrahepaticcholestasisofpregnancyadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2018toDecember2020wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Accordingtothedifferenceofclinicalmedication,thepatientsweredividedintoconventionalgroup(60cases,ursodeoxycholicacidtreatment)andobservationgroup(60cases,glutathionecombinedwithademetioninebutanedisulfonatetreatment).Thetherapeuticeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAftertreatment,thelevelsoftotalbileacids(TBA),aspartateaminotransferase(AST),alanineaminotransferase(ALT)andalkalinephosphatase(ALP)intheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseintheconventionalgroup(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thelevelsofsuperoxidedismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)andglutathione(GSH)intheobservationgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseintheconventionalgroupandbeforetreatment(P<0.05).Thetotalincidenceofadversepregnancyoutcomesintheobservationgroupwas1.67%(1/60),whichwassignificantlylowerthan11.67%(7/60)intheconventionalgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionTheglutathionecombinedwithademetioninebutanedisulfonateinthetreatmentofpatientswithintrahepaticcholestasisofpregnancyhasasignificanteffect.KEYWORDS:intrahepaticcholestasisofpregnancy;glutathione;ademetioninebutanedisulfonate谷胱甘肽联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者肝功能及妊娠结局的影响李小金1，贾莉1*，曹冬雪2（1.西安市临潼区人民医院，陕西西安，710600；2.西安市中心医院，陕西西安，710003）摘要：目的探究谷胱甘肽联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2020年12月收治的120例妊娠期肝内...
