doi:10．3969/j．issn．1008-0287．2023．03．016·临床论著·肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折辛博摘要:目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗26例肱骨近端骨折患者。记录术后骨折复位、愈合情况以及并发症发生情况。术后3个月采用肩关节功能Neer评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访，时间3～6个月。术后1例切口感染，经抗感染治疗后愈合。术后X线片显示骨折均复位良好，术后3个月骨折端及周围骨痂生长良好，骨皮质连续性恢复，骨折线均消失。术后3个月采用肩关节功能Neer评分评价疗效:优11例，良10例，可4例，差1例，优良率21/26。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折具有操作简单、肩关节功能恢复好、并发症少等优点。关键词:肱骨近端锁定钢板;肱骨近端骨折中图分类号:Ｒ683.41;Ｒ687.32文献标识码:A文章编号:1008－0287(2023)03－0355－04ThetreatmentofproximalhumerusfracturewithproximalhumerallockingplateinternalfixationXINBo(DeptofTraumaticOrthopaedics，theHospitalofSuixiCounty，Huaibei，Anhui235100，China)Abstract:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectofproximalhumerallockingplateinternalfixationonproximalhume-rusfractures．MethodsThe26casesofproximalhumerusfractureweretreatedwithopenreductionandproximalhu-merallockingplateinternalfixation．Thepostoperativefracturereduction，healingconditionandcomplicationswerere-corded．At3monthsafteroperation，thetherapeuticeffectwasevaluatedbyNeerscoresoftheshoulderjointfunction．ＲesultsAllpatientswerefollowedupfor3～6months．Onecaseofincisioninfectionwascuredafteranti-infectionanddressingchange．Postoperativeradiographsshowedthatallfractureswerewellreduced，andat3monthsaftersur-gery，thefractureendandthesurroundingcallusgrewwell，thecontinuityofthebonecortexrecovered，andthefrac-turelinesweredisappeared．At3monthsaftersurgery，thetherapeuticeffectwasevaluatedbyNeerscoresoftheshoulderjointfunction:excellent11cases，good10，fair4，poor1，withaexcellent-goodrateof21/26．ConclusionsProximalhumerallockingplateinternalfixationofproximalhumerusforproximalhumerusfracturehastheadvantagesofsimpleoperation，betterfunctionalre...
