Vol．22No．1Mar．2023第22卷第1期2023年3月浙江工商职业技术学院学报JournalofZhejiangBusinessTechnologyInstitute习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调，“要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治课同向同行，形成协同效应”[1]。这进一步明确了高职教育人才培养的最终目的。学校应让每一门课程都能发挥“立德树人”效用，使学校教育能更好地全方位发挥思政“大熔炉”的作用，因此，“企业档案工作实务”课程也要更清晰地确认在专业体系中的定位，建立健全以课程思政为纲的育人体系，主抓课堂改革核心环节，发挥高职教育课内与实训相结合的育人渠道，真正将思想政治教育贯穿、落实到育人的全过程。如果说思政课程是高校显性教育，那么企业档案工作实务的课程思政必然是隐性的，是融合与渗透性的，由此，本课程目标严格围绕“知识传授与价值引领相结合”，注重引领、浸润、深化与拓展，从课程的内容建设、教学方法改革、互联网手段的运用、教师团队建设等多途径构建，在教学中根植理想信念，培养符合新时代下社会发展需求的档案工作者。1建立“一核两基”的育人目标体系高职档案课程的特殊性在于其讲授的内容是OntheConstructionPathofIntegratingIdeologyandPoliticsintoArchivesCurriculuminHigherVocationalCollegesMAXiao-min（ZhejiangTechnicalInstituteofEconomics，Hangzhou310018，China）Abstract：Curriculumideologicalandpoliticaleducationisaninevitabletrendofcurriculumteachingreforminhighervocationaleducation.Onthebasisoffullyunderstandingthepolicyrequirementsandtheoreticalconnotationofideologicalandpoliticaleducation，combiningtheprofessionalcharacteristicsandlearningconditionsofvoca-tionalcollegestudents，thepracticalcourseofenterprisearchivesworkestablishestheeducationgoalsystemof“onecoreandtwobases”，createsacomprehensiveeducationprocessbasedon“Internetplus”，carefullydesignstherecessivepathofideologicalandpoliticalfactorsintothecourse，soastoachievethegoalofmoralcultiva-tionandachievetheall-roundtrainingoftalents.Keywords：curriculumideologicalandpoliticaleducation；highervocationalarchivescurri...
