第51卷第1期2023年3月贵州林业科技GuizhouForestryScienceandTechnologyVol.51,No.1Mar.,2023调环酸钙对盐胁迫下侧柏幼苗生理特性的影响杜建彬(山西省林业生态实验基地,山西太原030031)摘要:通过研究调环酸钙对盐胁迫下侧柏幼苗生理特性的影响规律,明确提高侧柏耐盐性的适宜浓度。试验在盆栽条件下,设置了50mg/L、100mg/L、150mg/L共3个调环酸钙浓度处理,研究了不同月份逆境生理指标的变化。结果表明:调环酸钙显著提高了盐胁迫下侧柏叶片内的叶绿素含量,不同浓度处理对叶绿素含量影响处于同一水平;100mg/L的调环酸钙浓度显著提高了盐胁迫下侧柏叶片内的SOD、POD活性,GSH和脯氨酸含量显著高于盐胁迫对照,并显著降低了叶片内MDA含量。初步分析认为调环酸钙通过提高抗氧化酶活性等清除活性氧途径,能够提高侧柏幼苗的耐盐性。关键词:调环酸钙;盐胁迫;侧柏;生理特性中图分类号:S791.38文献标识码:AEffectsofProhexadione-calciumonPhysiologicalCharacteristicsofPlatycladusorientalisseedlingsUnderSaltStressDUJian-bin(ForestryecologicalexperimentalbaseofShanxiProvince,Taiyuan,Shanxi030031)Abstract:Aseriesoftestswerecarriedouttoclarifytheeffectsofprohexadione-calciumonthephysiologi-calcharacteristicsofPlatycladusorientalisseedlingsundersaltstress.Theappropriateconcentrationwasthendeterminedtoimprovethesalttolerance.Threeconcentrationsofprohexadionecalciumsolutionweresetas50,100,and150mg/Lunderthepottedcondition.Asystematicinvestigationwasalsomadetomoni-torthephysiologicalindexesofstressindifferentmonths.TheresultsshowedthattherewasasignificantincreaseinthecontentofchlorophyllinthePlatycladusorientalisleavesundertheprohexadionecalciumtreatmentundersaltstress.Furthermore,theeffectsofdifferentconcentrationsonthechlorophyllcontentwereallthesameunderthedifferenttreatments.Specifically,100mg/LprohexadionecalciumtreatmentwassignificantlyimprovedtheSODandPODactivitiesinthePlatycladusorientalisleavesundersaltstress.ThecontentsofGSHandprolineweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseunderthesaltstressedcontrol,leadingtothedecreaseinthecontentsofMDAintheleaves.PreliminaryanalysisdemonstratedthattheprohexadionecalciumcanbeexpectedtoenhancethesalttoleranceofPlatyc...
