临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期EffectsofmultimediavideohealtheducationcombinedwithfamilyparticipatorynursinginterventiononmedicalfearandcooperationofchildrenwithbronchialpneumoniaaerosolinhalationtherapyNIEPanna,GUOJiao*(PediatricsDepartment,XianyangCentralHospital,Xianyang712000,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToexploretheeffectsofmultimediavideohealtheducationcombinedwithfamilyparticipatorynursinginterventiononmedicalfearandcooperationofchildrenwithbronchialpneumoniaaerosolinhalationtherapy.MethodsAtotalof136childrenwithbronchialpneumoniaaerosolinhalationtherapyadmittedinourhospitalfromJanuary2019toJanuary2021wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Thechildrenweredividedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod,with68casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursing,andtheobservationgroupreceivedmultimediavideohealtheducationcombinedwithfamilyparticipatorynursinginterventiononthebasisofroutinenursing.Theinterventioneffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsAfterintervention,thescoresofmedicalenvironmentfear,medicaloperationfear,interpersonalrelationshipfearandselffearintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theexcellentandgoodrateofcooperationintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thelevelsofD-dimer(D-D)andprocalcitonin(PCT)intheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ConclusionMultimediavideohealtheducationcombinedwithfamilyparticipatorynursinginterventioncanhelpreducethemedicalfearofchildrenwithbronchialpneumoniaaerosolinhalationtherapy,improvethedegreeofcooperation,andthenimprovetheeffectofaerosolinhalationtreatment.Itisworthpromoting.KEYWORDS:multimediavideohealtheducation;familyparticipatorynursing;bronchialpneumonia;aerosolinhalation;medicalfear;cooperation多媒体视频健康教育结合家庭参与式护理干预对支气管肺炎雾化吸入治疗患儿医疗恐惧感及配合度的影响聂盼娜，郭娇*（咸阳市中心医院儿内科，陕西咸阳，712000）DOI:10.19347/j.cnki.2096-1413.202312045作者简介：聂盼娜...
