临床医学研究与实践2023年3月第8卷第9期ClinicaleffectofnasalendoscopicdacryocystorhinostomyinthetreatmentofelderlypatientswithacutedacryocystitisSUNRuize,MABo*(Xi'anAierAncientCityEyeHospital,Xi'an710014,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofnasalendoscopicdacryocystorhinostomyinthetreatmentofelderlypatientswithacutedacryocystitis.MethodsFromMarch2016toMarch2021,100elderlypatientswithacutedacryocystitisadmittedinourhospitalwereselectedastheresearchobjects,andthepatientswererandomlydividedintoexperimentalgroupandreferencegroupbydrawinglots,with50casesineachgroup.Theexperimentalgroupwastreatedwithnasalendoscopicdacryocystorhinostomy,andthereferencegroupwastreatedwithtraditionalanastomosis(nasallacrimalsacanastomosisthroughinnercanthusskinpath).Thetherapeuticeffect,operationandpostoperativerecovery,complications,inflammatoryindexesandfacialaestheticsofthetwogroupswerecompared.ResultsThetotaleffectiverateoftreatmentintheexperimentalgroupwas96.00%,whichwashigherthan82.00%inthereferencegroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thepreoperativepreparationtime,hospitalizationtime,pyorrheaduration,epiphoradurationandpaindurationintheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlyshorterthanthoseinthereferencegroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05);therewasnosignificantdifferenceintheoperationdurationbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Thetotalincidenceofpostoperativecomplicationsintheexperimentalgroupwas4.00%,whichwassignificantlylowerthan18.00%inthereferencegroup,andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Atadmission,therewerenosignificantdifferencesinthelevelsofinterleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α)andC-reactiveprotein(CRP)betweenthetwogroups(P>0.05);at1weekafteroperation,thelevelsofIL-6,TNF-αandCRPintheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthereferencegroup,thelevelofIL-10wassignificantlyhigherthanthatinthereferencegroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Theoverall...
