临床医学研究与实践2023年4月第8卷第12期EffectsofAnshenShugandecoctioncombinedwithfootbathandmusictherapyonanxiety,insomniaandpaininpatientsaftergynecologicalsurgeryHEGuangwen1,GAOYueping2,XIONGDan1,XUXin1(1.People'sHospitalofYangzhongCity,Yangzhong212200;2.JiangsuProvinceHospitalofChineseMedicine,Nanjing210029,China)ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectofAnshenShugandecoctioncombinedwithfootbathandmusictherapyinpatientsaftergynecologicalsurgery.MethodsAtotalof115patientsundergoinggynecologicalsurgeryinourhospitalfromMarch2021toMay2022wereselectedastheresearchobjectsandrandomlydividedintocontrolgroup(55cases,footbathandmusictherapy)andstudygroup(60cases,AnshenShugandecoctioncombinedwithfootbathandmusictherapy).Theheartrate,bloodpressure,gastrointestinalfunctionrecovery,hospitalstay,anxiety,sleepquality,paindegree,TCMsyndromescoresandqualityoflifewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsAfterintervention,theheartrate,systolicbloodpressureanddiastolicbloodpressureinthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Thepostoperativefirstexhausttime,firstdefecationtime,resumptionoffeedingtime,recoverytimeofbowelsoundsandhospitalstayinthestudygroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofSelf-RatingAnxietyScale(SAS),PittsburghSleepQualityIndex(PSQI)andVisualAnalogueScale(VAS)inthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofdifficultyinfallingasleep,insomniaafterwakingupandirritabilityinthestudygroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Afterintervention,thescoresofpsychologicalfunction,socialfunction,physicalfunctionandmateriallifestateinthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).ConclusionAnshenShugandecoctioncombinedwithfootbathandmusic...
