ISSN1006-7167CN31-1707/TRESEARCHANDEXPLORATIONINLABORATORY第41卷第12期Vol.41No.122022年12月Dec.2022DOI:10.19927/j.cnki.syyt.2022.12.041电子散斑干涉技术在实验力学教学中的应用徐香新(东北大学理学院,沈阳110819)摘要:为了满足新工科背景下的教学需求,革新传统光弹性实验,在实验力学教学中增设了电子散斑面内变形测量实验项目。介绍了电子散斑技术的基本原理以及相应的实验设备,并以悬臂梁试件为例详细阐述了整个实验的操作流程。通过统计全班的实验平均相对误差,分析了由于载荷选取等因素造成误差产生的原因。实践表明,电子散斑面内变形测量实验项目实验自由度高、实验软件操作简单、实验结果直观、准确,在实验力学中不再拘泥于传统的光弹性实验,既完善了光测实验教学体系,又取得了良好的实验教学效果。关键词:电子散斑干涉;实验力学;光测实验;实验教学中图分类号:G642.0文献标志码:A文章编号:1006-7167(2022)12-0214-05ApplicationofESPIinExperimentalMechanicsTeachingXUXiangxin(CollegeofSciences,NortheasternUniversity,Shenyang110819,China)Abstract:Inordertomeettherequirementsofteachingunderthebackgroundof“newengineering”andinnovatethetraditionalphotoelasticexperiment,theprojectof“InSurfaceDeformationMeasurementExperimentofESPI”isaddedintheteachingofexperimentalmechanics.Thebasicprincipleofelectronicspeckletechniqueandthecorrespondingexperimentalequipmentareintroduced,andtheoperationprocessofthewholeexperimentisdescribedindetailwithacantileverbeamasanexample.Bycountingtheaveragerelativeerrorofthewholeclass'sexperiment,theerrorscausedbyfactorssuchasloadselectionareanalyzed.Thepracticeshowsthattheprojectof“InsurfacedeformationmeasurementexperimentofESPI”hashighdegreeoffreedom,simpleoperationofexperimentalsoftware,intuitiveandaccurateexperimentalresults.Itisnolongerconfinedtothetraditionalphotoelasticexperimentinexperimentalmechanics,bywhichnotonlytheteachingsystemofopticalmeasurementexperimentisimproved,butalsoexperimentalteachingisexcellent.Keywords:electronicspecklepatterninterferometry(ESPI);experimentalmechanics;opticalmeasurementexperiment;experimentalteaching收稿日期:20...
