2023年第5期车齿法加工螺旋齿面齿轮数控仿真技术研究徐伟俊1,沈云波2,王利兵2,景琦2(1.宁波海伯集团有限公司,宁波3153000;2.西安工业大学机电工程学院,西安710000)摘要:针对大螺旋角面齿轮展成加工的难题,提出并研究一种车齿法数控加工螺旋齿面齿轮的技术。根据空间交错轴齿轮啮合理论,建立了螺旋齿面齿轮车齿法的理论加工模型,研究了车齿法加工面齿轮的自由度,建立了车齿切削中刀具和工件的展成运动,推导了车齿加工的啮合方程、螺旋齿面齿轮工作齿面方程。在基础上,构建了车齿法螺旋齿面齿轮数控加工模型,根据螺旋齿面齿轮车齿理论坐标系与数控车齿坐标系的对应关系,推导出螺旋齿面齿轮数控车齿中的两个回转运动和三个直线移动的运动参数。对螺旋齿面齿轮进行数控车齿仿真,获得了仅在小端齿根处存在5.6μm误差的高精度螺旋齿面齿轮模型,验证了螺旋齿面齿轮数控车齿加工技术的可行性。关键词:螺旋齿面齿轮;车齿加工;数控加工仿真;数控技术中图分类号:TG61文献标识码:A文章编号:1674-957X(2023)05-0094-05SimulationofNCSkivingTechnologyforSpiroidFaceGearXuWei-jun1,ShenYun-bo2,WangLi-bing2,JingQi2(1.NingboHaiboGroupCo.,ltd.,Ningbo3153000;2.SchoolofMechatronicEngineering,Xi'anUniversityofTechnology,Xi’an71000)Abstract:Inordertogeneratespiroidfacegear,anovelskivingmethodwasproposedandstudiedinthepaper,andaNCmachiningtechnologyforthegearswasdevelopedbasedonnumericalcontroltechnology.Accordingtothemeshingtheoryofspatialstaggeredshaftgears,thetheoreticalskivingmodelofthefacegearswasestablished,andthedegreesoffreedomforthegenerationwerealsoanalyzed.Considerationofthegeneratingmotionsbetweenthecutterandthework-piece,themeshingequationandtheworkingtoothflankofthespiroidfacegearswerederived.OnthebasisofaCNCmachine,aNCskivingmachiningmodelforthespiroidgearswasconstructed.Forgenerationofthegears,themotionpa-rametersoftworotarymotionsandthreelinearmotionswereobtainedaccordingtothecorrespondingrelationshipbe-tweenthetheoreticalcoordinatesystemsandthecoordinatesystemsofNCskivingmodel.Theresultsofgearcuttingsim-ulationillustratethatthemaximumerrorbetweenthesimulationmodelandthetheoreticalgeneratedmodelis5.6μm.Therefore,itisfeasiblefortheNCskivingtechnolo...
