ISSN1006-7167CN31-1707/TRESEARCHANDEXPLORATIONINLABORATORY第41卷第12期Vol.41No.122022年12月Dec.2022DOI:10.19927/j.cnki.syyt.2022.12.062基于多层物元可拓的实验室安全风险评估姚洁1,陈海军2(1.常州大学,江苏常州213000;2.江苏城乡建设职业学院,江苏常州213000)摘要:为了推进实验室分级管理和实验室安全评价,从责任体系和规章制度、危险有害因素管理、危废处置、安全文化建设、应急救援与个人防护5个方面构建风险评价体系。先建立评价步骤,用层次分析法分析计算各因素的权重指标,然后用物元可拓计算得出评价等级;并对常州某实验室进行风险评价,分析各级风险因素权重与关联度,得出对应指标的风险等级。根据分析结果,发现化学品和检查隐患整改制度是重要风险因素,并指出日常风险管控的重点方向。实践表明,多层物元可拓在实验室安全评价中有很好的实用性,为实验室全过程风险管控提供有效的分析手段,可促进实验室安全风险分级管理的实施。关键词:物元可拓;实验室安全风险评估;评价体系;风险管控中图分类号:X931;G482文献标志码:A文章编号:1006-7167(2022)12-0319-06RiskAssessmentofLaboratorySafetyBasedonMultilevelMatter-ElementExtensionYAOJie1,CHENHaijun2(1.ChangzhouUniversity,Changzhou213000,Jiangsu,China;2.JiangsuVocationalCollegeofUrbanandRuralConstruction,Changzhou213000,Jiangsu,China)Abstract:Inordertopromotethehierarchicalmanagementandriskassessmentoflaboratorysafety,ariskassessmentsystemisconstructedfromfiveaspects:responsibilitysystemandregulations,hazardousandharmfulfactorsmanagement,hazardousandwastedisposal,safetycultureconstruction,emergencyrescueandpersonalprotection.Theassessmentstepsareestablishedbythemethod,theweightindexofeachfactorisanalyzedandcalculatedbytheanalytichierarchyprocess,andthentheevaluationgradeiscalculatedbytheextensionofmatterelement.Riskevaluationiscarriedoutinalaboratoryinchangzhou,theweightandcorrelationofriskfactorsatalllevelsareanalyzed,therisklevelofthecorrespondingindicatorsisobtained.Accordingtotheanalysisresults,itisfoundthatthechemicalandinspectionhiddendangerrectificationsystemisanimportantriskfactor,andthekeydirectionofdailyriskmanagement...
