2023年3月收稿日期:2022—10—16作者简介:袁肇彦(1987—),男,工程师,主要从事水利工程管理工作。摘要:广东某水工设施软弱土地基环境治理中,探讨了高压旋喷桩改良干预下复合土力学特征,采用三轴力学试验分析了旋喷桩设计与土体养护因素对其力学特征影响。高压旋喷桩设计因素对改良土应变特征影响较小,仅会影响其承载能力。旋喷固结剂掺量对承载强度为促进作用,但促进效果在掺量6%后有所减弱;注浆压力对强度促进作用为先增后减,在注浆压力16MPa后,改良土承载能力受注浆压力影响具有减弱效果。养护龄期对改良土承载能力为促进作用,围压50、500kPa下,每梯次龄期7d,分别可引起强度增幅0.7%、24.8%,而后者围压下改良土强度较之前者分别增大了1.13~1.18倍。龄期在改良土弹性段无影响,差异性影响在屈服塑性段才显著。试验结果表明,高压旋喷桩治理软弱土应设计成注浆压力16MPa、固结剂掺量6%,而养护龄期28d以上。研究结论可为高压旋喷桩在不良土体的设计治理中应用提供参考。关键词:地基;软弱土;力学;旋喷桩中图分类号:TV223.2+2文献标识码:A文章编号:1004-7328(2023)03-0074-06DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1004-7328.2023.03.021基于管桩改良下水工地基软土力学试验研究袁肇彦(广东省科达水利电力岩土工程有限公司,广东广州510000)ExperimentalStudyonSoftSoilMechanicsofHydraulicFoundationImprovedbyPipePilesYUANZhao-yan(GuangdongKedaWaterConservancyandElectricGeotechnicalEngineeringCo.,Ltd.,Guangzhou510000,China)Abstract:IntheenvironmentaltreatmentofsoftsoilfoundationfacedofahydraulicfacilityinGuangdong,themechanicalcharacteristicsofcompositesoilundertheimprovementandinterventionofhigh-pressurejetgroutingpilearediscussed,andtheinfluenceofthedesignofjetgroutingpileandsoilconservationfactorsonitsmechanicalcharacteristicsisanalyzedbytriaxialmechanicaltests.Thedesignfactorsofhigh-pressurejetgroutingpilehavelittleinfluenceonthestraincharacteristicsofimprovedsoil,whichonlyaffectitsbearingcapacity.Thecontentofjetgroutingconsolidationagenthasapromotingeffectonthebearingstrength,butthepromotingeffectdecreasesafterthecontentof6%.Thepromotingeffectofgroutingpressureonthestrengthincreasesfirstandthendecreases.Whenthegroutingpressureis16MPa,the...
