第46卷第1期2023年2月电子器件ChineseJournalofElectronDevicesVol.46No.1Feb.2023项目来源:河南省高等学校重点科研计划项目(14B510026)收稿日期:2021-11-07修改日期:2022-01-03WeldMagnetoOpticalImagingEnhancementBasedonImprovedParticleFilter*LIUXuliang*(SchoolofElectricalEngineering,YellowRiverConservancyTechnicalInstitute,KaifengHe’nan475000,China)Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheeffectofweldmagnetoopticalimaging,theimprovedparticlefiltermethodisproposed.Firstly,Fara-daymagnetoopticaleffectisestablished,magnetoopticalsensorisusedtodetectthemagnetoinductionintensityoftheverticalcompo-nentofthemagnetofieldintheformofmagnetoopticalimaging,andthebrightnesschangeofweldimageisanalyzed.Secondly,Un-scentedKalmanfilteralgorithmisusedtoupdatetheparticles,theparticleswithsmallweightarediscarded,andthetotalnumberoftheparticlesissupplementedthroughadjustingthereplicationratetoavoidparticledepletion.Comparisonthresholdissettoperformparti-cleimportancesampling.Finally,theincompleteBetafunctionisusedtoenhancetheweldarea,whichisbuiltbythemaximum,middleandminimumvaluesofthegraylevel,sothattheenhancementeffectisimprovedeffectively.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheclosertotheweldcenterandedge,thesmallerthemagneticinduction,andthepeakvalueofmagneticinductionappearsbetweenpeakvalueofmagneticinductionappearsbetweentheweldcenterandedge,0.8mmfromtheweldcenter.Theeffectofmagnetoopticalima-gingbecomesclearerwiththeincreasingofmagneticfieldintensity,andtherangeofgrayvalueofmagnetoopticalimagingincreases.Thelargerthemagnetovoltage,themoreappearentthechangeofthegrayvalueofthetransitionregionwhichisclosetotheweldposi-tion.ThecontourofthetransitionzoneoftheenhancedweldimagegottenthroughtheproposedmethodisclearatthepoleNandSal-ternatingmagneticfield.Keywords:particlefilter;weldline;magnetoopticalimaging;enhancementEEACC:5140;6135doi:10.3969/j.issn.1005-9490.2023.01.017基于改进粒子滤波的焊缝磁光成像增强*刘许亮*(黄河水利职业技术学院电气工程学院,河南开封475000)摘要:为了...
