探索与争鸣2023年(第13卷)第9期当代体育科技(ContemporarySportsTechnology)儿童原始反射的研究现状李虹瑶1鲁政2于晶1(1.沈阳师范大学体育科学院辽宁沈阳110034;2.北京联合大学应用文理学院北京100191)摘要：该文主要是对儿童原始反射现有研究进行归纳总结。该文系统回顾国内外近40年来的相关研究，以原始反射作为神经发育程度的评估指标，原始反射与儿童生长发育的关系以及与神经发育障碍症状的关系3个方面进行综合阐述，分析现有不足，提出未来的发展趋势。采用文献资料法，分别在中国知网、Pubmed等文献资料库中搜集相关文献50余篇。研究得出，随着众多学者对健康儿童以及神经发育障碍儿童的观察、研究的逐渐深入，发现原始反射不但可以作为评估儿童神经发育状况的重要指标之一，而且与健康儿童的后期运动发展及神经发育障碍儿童的机制、症状等都有密切关系。关键词：原始反射儿童生长发育神经发育障碍中图分类号：G80-05文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2813(2023)09-0179-04ResearchStatusofChildren'sPrimitiveReflexesLIHongyao1LUZheng2YUJing1(1.CollegeofSportsScience,ShenyangNormalUniversity,Shenyang,LiaoningProvince,110034China；2.CollegeofAppliedArtsandScience,BeijingUnionUniversity,Beijing,100191China)Abstract:Thispapermainlysummarizestheexistingstudiesonchildren'sprimitivereflexes.Thispapersystematicallyreviewstherelevantstudiesathomeandabroadinthepast40years,comprehensivelyelaboratesfromthreeaspects:theprimitivereflexasanevaluationindexofneurodevelopmentaldegree,therelationshipbetweentheprimitivereflexandchildren'growthanddevelopment,andtherelationshipbetweentheprimitivereflexandthesymptomofneurodevelopmentaldisorders,analyzestheexistingdeficiencies,andputsforwardthefuturedevelopmenttrend.Morethan50relevantliteraturearecollectedfromCNKI,pubmedandotherliteraturedatabasesbytheliteraturemethod.Thestudyconcludesthat,withthegradualdeepeningofscholars'observationandresearchonhealthychildrenandchildrenwithneurodevelopmentaldisorders,itisfoundthattheprimitivereflexcannotonlybeusedasoneofimportantindicatorstoevaluatechildren'sneurodevelopmentalstatus,butalsohasacloserelationshipwiththelatermotordevelopmentofhealthychildrenandthemechanisman...
